Quoting made easy!
What do you like best about the product?
I no longer have to worry about all the little details of my quotes or sales order. As long as its updated in SFDC, my process has been simplified!
What do you dislike about the product?
Conga has made a quoting tool super simple for the sales process - keep innovating!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest business benefit of using Conga is making it as easy as possible for buyers to sign sales orders. No longer do I need to waste time editing quotes and sales orders that won't be sent.

What do you like best about the product?
Hard to enforce rules about the quality of data entry on contracts. The rules and flow workflows have really helped us.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were some issues with reporting at times but not much else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easier to keep processes inline with our internal structure and business rules.
I use Conga Novatus as a Contract Admin.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that there is a lot of useful functionality available for the contract management end to end process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the functionality doesn't work as intended and when new functionality is rolled out the majority of the time it is 'bug heavy' or doesn't work in the way it's supposed to. When I inform our users about this, it doesn't look good for Conga Novatus at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly to collaborate with our internal agencies to get all our Global contracts in one place where they can be easily managed and accessed by specific teams.
So far, we are still at early stages of our roll outs to our agencies, but the areas we have rolled out are already seeing the benefits of alerts, reporting, and knowledge sharing.

Conga Contract Management is a Business Life Saver
What do you like best about the product?
I like the automated contract management features of the Conga Novatus Contract Management tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the way the document versions appear in the documents section when attached to a linked email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contract Management and Administration. Managing vendors and deliverables. There are great benefits in managing the contract records and data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would suggest Conga Novatus for contract management.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly and covers almost all aspects of the contracts management process. I also like the use of workflows to automate repetitive steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not able to automatically renew contracts when i enter an amendment, i would like to see some improvement there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have visibility in the contracts review process which was a very sore point for our internal clients, they can now keep updated with what stage of the review their contract is in by logging into Novatus instead of waiting for us to respond to an email. It has also made our work easier and we don't worry about not getting to requests buried in emails.
Amazing contract management system!
What do you like best about the product?
Finding my contracts in one easy click. Being able to get a summary of what has to be done. Whenever I have to browse for a contract, it's so easy as I don't have to contact the different departments anymore. Moreover, I can schedule events reminders to the different people in advance and attach the related contrat. This feature saves me a lot of time as I used to doing it manually. Moreover, if I need a report on a certain type of contract, services agreement, consulting agreement, shareholder agreement etc. or serach for a type of entity which whom we deal with, I can select that particular criteria and the system generates a report for me in less than a minute (assuming everyting has been entered correctly in the system). I love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The migration was really a hassle. It's really complicated to set up the process, but once you've completed this step, Conga is certainly a wonderful tool for your company. It takes a bit of time to enter the related documents and it requires everyting to be well organized.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Renewing the contracts. Finding the owners of the contracts. Being able to pull out a list of our contracts.
All of my contracts are easy to follow. The events alert help us monitor all expiration dates and it's easy to renew the contract or compare the terms and conditions previously negotiated.

Once you will be using Conga, you will never want to go back. Managing contracts become so easy
Great Business Solution
What do you like best about the product?
Very user friendly and customizable! This solution works for both small and large business. It can be used as a repository or it can be uses in a more robust format. It makes finding the contract you are looking for very easy with the search feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to track escalators easily on contracts with leases were the value increases on an annual or regular basis. Today this can be tracked through adding additional forms however you have to enter an additional form for every year the contract is active.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has consolidated all of our contracts into one easy to navigate repository. It has made tracking expiring contracts a breeze.

On site training made learning to use the Novatus contract solution very easy.
Electronic Contract Management
What do you like best about the product?
Conga Novatus has allowed the organization the ability to go to a paperless contract routing and management process. It provides a central location for all contracts that allows us to see the entire relationship with other organizations. It also allows us to maintain the cost of those we do business with.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have an integrated system with DocuSign and sometimes the signed copies don't always come back over to Conga Novatus. We have to go in an manually refresh in Novatus for it to come over.

Centralizing and maintaining complete profiles for the companies we do business with

If you are looking for a cloud based software to maintain your contracts Conga Novatus is a great selection.
Good, flexible product
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that Novatus is a SAAS product. The flexibility of the platform is wonderful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since the acquisition, service has gone downhill. That said, there are several people I love working with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing documents, reporting needs, ability to set up auto-reports.
Novatus is great! But there is room for improvement

the query function is very helpful for my team, Daily reports help both the end user and my team know where contracts are, and the reporting side in general is very helpful to track messages
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not enough reporting options-- we would like to track duration for statues and fields to support our metrics, but Novatus isn't capable of this yet
