Bring more than the contract into Salesforce, bring in the entire contract process.
What do you like best about the product?
Many solutions for the private sector don’t always apply to state government processes, but Conga Contracts is seamlessly integrating into our highly customized org. Conga Contracts allows us to manage our programs entire lifecycle from Application and Board Approval to Contract to Grant Award in Salesforce.
With the implementation of Conga Contracts our legal team can overcome the tedious nature of relying solely on dated technologies like Word and email. Conga Contracts tracks and maintains the entire negotiation in the contract record. All contract versions are maintained within Salesforce Files on the contract record for easy and automated comparison. No longer worry about whether Track Changes is turned on, or if a clause was manipulated while Track Changes was turned off, the negotiation and redlining functionality will manage that for you. Delays related to a missed email or laborious line-by-line comparisons of two Word docs are a thing of the past (and our team doesn’t miss it). When the contract is final, signatures are a click away. It’s that easy.

What do you dislike about the product?
Because the product just launched in April 2017, best practices, training, and documentation are still catching up. However, a community is quickly growing around the product and Conga is quickly implementing training and robust documentation resources.

Streamlined and intuitive contracts process
What do you like best about the product?
Conga Novatus is very user friendly and intuitive. It gives the administrator flexibility to design a robust process as unique as your company is.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many functions in this application that it requires a lot of training to master everything available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking and accountability for contracts. Efficiency gains and standardization.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of Conga Novatus has meant that we can tailor the tool for it to serve the business, enabling transformation across the board. The product and support team behind Conga Novatus are fantastic - supporting and guiding the product adoption. The ease of administration allows us to ensure the system stays relevant and useful as the business continues to grow and change.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the user interface costmetics are a little ‘dated’ and have display issues with mobile devices.

Great program!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to save documents and emails into contract profiles for easy retrieval. It keeps information safe and organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I see that may need some adjusting is filtering for searches.

What do you like best about the product?
The self service functionality for business users.
What do you dislike about the product?
The search capability could be more robust and easier to use. We also feel that there could be improvements to version control.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conga is used to manage all of our contracts from initiation through execution. We went from an email based process to one with audit capabilities.

Nimbus-Conga Novatus Review
What do you like best about the product?
Novatus is the tool that I use for 95% of my daily activities as the Contracts Manager of Nimbus Discovery. The system is highly customizable, by the user rather than asking for software developers to build and deploy features. It makes the visibility of activities to my clients so much easier. It lets me track everything that goes on in my world, and allows me to stay on top of everything without taking up data space on my computer or on our own server.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are only a few things that I wish I could change, but Novatus always listens to my requests for enhancement or bug fixes. Id like to see more intuitive features in the negotiation portal, and better directions for non-users, as well as reminders built into Flows, and intuitive features for low-level users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Nimbus is a small but fast-paced BioPharma company. Novatus helps me manage the ever-growing flow of contracts and agreements needed to run our business, and manage all of them after they are executed, and ensure that I have everything I need if I ever need to transact any contracts or projects to an outside party.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Quicker enhancement roll outs, more intuitive Negotiation Portal, and better instructions for non-user registrants of the Negotiation portal.

What do you like best about the product?
I was new to the company and they had recently started using Novatus. Had never used before and after some minimal training began using. What I like the best, is that it is user friendly. Very simple, easy to follow.
What do you dislike about the product?
The system seems to slow down and get jammed up a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A depository for all contracts and reporting functions for expiring contracts.
Time Saving and Easy to Use Contract Management System
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, customizable, and great central repository. I never have to worry about losing a contract!
The customer service is exceptional. Whenever I have a question, I receive a quick response. Also, the trainers are very helpful and take the time to really teach you how to use the system.

What do you dislike about the product?
The workflow feature can be overwhelming at first but with some practice adaptable. As a system administrator, there is lots to build and using the workflow feature can be tedious at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that the system is cloud-based. Storage issues are not a problem. The revisions feature is also a plus.
An efficient tool to keep contracts and companies
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is pretty well structured in terms of creating a hierarchy for the companies, and the contracts assigned to these companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
The technology of the website feels a bit cumbersome as it's hard to open the links in new tabs, and the navigation of the site is not efficient enough. The URL of the pages you are in does not properly reflect; so the URL can't be used as a point of reference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefit is to have a structured platform/domain to keep all the contracts in order.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely easy to use and meets the requirements. Integration-wise; Salesforce is a bit tricky in terms of the built add-on, but the Support team is pretty helpful.
