Project & Ticket Management
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me to keep track of ticket submissions for my projects. I can categorize the ticket type and status of the ticket. I also like that I receive an email notification when a ticket is submitted or when a party responds to a ticket. I also like using Monday to keep track of projects, and I can review past projects as a refresher for newer projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don't have any complaints about Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday helps eveyone on my team to stay on track in completing a project as well as stay organized. As previously mentioned, it's a great tool for post-mortem project evaluation to determine what went well or needs to be optimized for future projects.

What do you like best about the product?
monday Work Management is extremely helpful in organizing work in various ways. It is very easy to use and implement. I enjoy the clean, simplistic feel overall and find I'm always thinking of ways to use monday as the first solution/tool to most projects, documentation, roadmaps, etc.
The automations are very important and integrations to gmail. I'd like to see the automation funcionality continue to grow and evolve to more complex solutions. Overall, it serves us very well in our day to day usage.

What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest gap is there are a few features that would have a huge impact for us, inlcuding the ability to have private comments and an additional level permissions between board owner / board member. Some of the automations still have gaps where we have to add additional columns and hide them, just to get automatinons to work. Somewhat related, some of the formulas to products on the dashboards view for reporting would be nice to just calculate there, rather than need to add a column for it!

The problems monday Work Management helps me solve is organizing work, planning, project management, automated stakeholder communications, and prioritizing feature requests.
This is benefiting me by helping stay organized and have transparency to those who need visibility and key insights.

The variety of templates that allow you to customize your use of monday.com and the collection of all your To Dos in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve to familarizing yourself with enough of the features to make it useful.

Great tool for managing internal processes and documentation
What do you like best about the product?
Monday has been easy to use and is very customizable. We are huge fans of the ability to create automations within each board, and the integrations we create using Make.com work as intended. We use monday nearly every day for generating checklists for our internal processes and to create and reference support documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have no complaints regarding monday work management.

Monday helps us stay organized by making sure we don't miss any steps in our internal processes-- primarily customer onboarding and offboarding.

Monday.come excels in allowing users to create highly customizable workflows with pre built templates. Since the entire platform is really visually intutive it is easy to monitor any changes being made.
With integration tools like Slack, Google workspace, MS Teams, it fits well into existing tech stacks.

What do you dislike about the product?
Although user friendly, setting up tools and automations can be a bit challenging for some users. For larger projects, the board usually feels a bit too cluttered and overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com for me serves as a single platform to manage tasks, workflows thus eliminating the need for scattered tools. Real time updates also ensure transparent communication thus fostering much better team communication. With automation we are also easily able to handle any kind of recurring tasks with constant reminders thus making life easier for me.
With visual dashboards and Gantt charts, I can also easily check the project health and how the project is progressing.

Monday.com has been a game-changer for our team. Its intuitive interface, customizable boards, and powerful integrations make managing projects and workflows seamless. The automation features save time, and the platform scales easily with our needs.

The platform can be slow to load at times, especially with larger boards, full of mulitple automations.

Best Organizational Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I use monday on a daily basis and have multiple tabs divided by project. What I love about the platform is that it keeps all of your tasks in one place, send you due date notifications, and keeps you accountable.

Nothing, I love Monday.com, once I learned how to utilize the site, I unlocked so many features that make it easier to manage my day to day.

It allows the whole team to have one central place to go to see all projects and clients. Here we can update on the latest, set tasks and deadline.
Great For Staying Organized and Visibility of All Departments
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I have visibility into all aspects of our company through Monday, and that I am able to keep up with everything while staying organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since we have started to use Monday for almost all things in our office, it sometimes takes a really long time to load especially on the mobile app
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization for all of our properties (property management), time tracking for maintenance turns and leasing them out. Tracking price drops, maintenance issues, leasing status etc.
