Easy to Use and Organize.but Clients Need Introduction to PandaDoc
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to navigate and I find it helps me organize.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many of my clients are unfamiliar with it and I have to let them know to expect something coming from PandaDoc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to use my own templates to create contracts for both my clients and myself has been a real time-saver. It not only streamlines my workflow but also enhances the value I can offer through my services.
Seamless Hubspot Integration and User-Friendly Experience with PandaDoc
What do you like best about the product?
I love how well PandaDoc integrates with our CRM (Hubspot) and how intuitive and user friendly it is. I use it upwards of 6 times per day and never have to worry that clients are getting the documents that I send to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly have no notes, I love PandaDoc
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc lets me seamlessly issue contracts to users at my shared kitchen.
Streamlined Features, but CRM Integration Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Very streamlined and has all the important features i need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with CRM tools is sometimes glitchy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to get quick digital signatures.
PandaDoc and it's Ease of Use
What do you like best about the product?
The ease in sending and receiving signed documents, collaborating with peers, tracking the document, and making documents for signatures.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I have noticed is it seems a bit tricky to make templates for yourself and then find them again in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A quick and ease way to get signatures on Proposals, Project Letters, and Contracts.
Great Template Features and Customization, but Editing Can Be Frustrating
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ability to save templates, set up signing orders, and add content with ease. There is a wide range of custom content available, such as signature, date, and other fields, which can be assigned to different members. Overall, this is a solid product that works very well within our organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, making edits can cause elements to shift out of place, which can be frustrating. Additionally, there have been instances where some members did not receive an email, though this might be due to user error.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool provides a reliable way to sign off on contracts and other important documents that require official approval.
Great for Document Organization, But Needs More Email Reminders
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc keeps all my documents organized according to their current status, making it easy to track progress. Once a document is completed and signed by everyone, I receive the finalized version. The platform also allows me to send reminders, which has been especially helpful for clients who missed the original email.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to receive more email reminders, especially regarding documents that are at risk of expiring. I would also appreciate notifications prompting me to send reminders for documents that have not yet been signed.

PandaDoc enables my organization to efficiently manage contracts and quickly obtain signatures on important business documents. It has streamlined the process of handling contracts and distributing them for signature, ultimately saving me time.
Seamless Collaboration and Document Management
What do you like best about the product?
I love PandaDoc for its simplicity and ease of use, making it easy to share documents across different teams without hassle of back and forth, unsecured emails. The Panda rooms are incredibly useful for storing and sharing documents with prospects. I appreciate its capability to integrate tools like DocuSign, which enhances my workflow efficiency. The online training was simple and straightforward, ensuring an effortless setup experience. Furthermore, the ability to consolidate communication in one place, avoiding endless back-and-forth emails, is invaluable.

I use PandaDoc to centralize document sharing, reducing email back-and-forth and ensuring prospects access confidential materials easily. It simplifies sharing globally, allowing multiple teams to access necessary documents without hassle.
Great Salesforce Sync and Collaboration, but Can Be Slow When Creating Documents
What do you like best about the product?
Quick easy sync wit hSalesforce, when it works. And you can see the others edit the document like a google doc. Cool and beneficial feature when dealing with sales calls remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be slow at time when manually creating a document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our pandadoc sync within Salesforce has to be fixed across the team multiple times in the near past. This causes not getting our contracts out in a timely manner.
Great Interface and Search, but Initial Confusion Compared to Competitors
What do you like best about the product?
Solid interface, great search function. Easily editable templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is lessening as they've gained market share, but originally, people were confused by it and didn't know what it was vs Docusign et al.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
quickly update contracts and work with variety of parties to get signatures.
Superior Editor with Custom Design Options
What do you like best about the product?
Compared to other providers, the editor is far superior and offers the option of defining your own design setup for all documents. Implementation is easy, the use of custom fields and integration was essential for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I would have liked to see done differently: the suggestions to use new features appear too frequently. Clicking them away once is rarely enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating complex offers and customer contracts that do not correspond to a purely tabular form.
