PandaDoc is cost-effective and reliable!
What do you like best about the product?
Panda sends me lots of feedback along the way to having a sales contract signed - when the receiver opened it, when they signed it, etc. I'm not left wondering if they ever received it, and then opened it. And if it goes into the next day, I innocently call and ask if they have any questions or issues that they'd like me to answer. usually I get a "no", and then soon after, a signature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, it works smoothly and seamlessly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time - we have a limited window to sell our product and this speeds things up
Easy to Use and Customizable—A Great Addition to My Business
What do you like best about the product?
Love the ease of adding all necessary information into a document and being able to customize each section that I have my clients fill out. Very easy to use and implement into my business!

Nothing! So far it has been a great addition to my business.

This solution is truly transformational. It offers a wealth of features and presents a highly professional appearance to my clients.

Honestly, I can't find anything to dislike about PandaDoc.

I can submit proposals that include e-signature options and track the entire process from start to finish. My clients have mentioned that it appears very professional.

PandaDoc Makes Document Personalization and Signing Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
Creating a template with the documents needed for our business is straightforward, which simplifies my work since I have to personalize them for each client. It also makes it easier for our clients to complete and sign the documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using PandaDoc for about 6 months now and I have yet to find a con.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can create documents very quickly by using templates, which are also simple to set up. This has saved me a lot of time.
Great Accessibility, but Document Reminders Often Go to Spam

Accessibility , and convenience for all participants

Reminders to sign documents, will be in spam folder.

It solves a convivence problem. Some of my participants have transportation issues.
Easy to Use with Great Templates and Document Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy it is to use, along with the variety of templates available. The ability to track who has viewed my documents and manage the internal approval process is also very helpful. Additionally, I like that it integrates seamlessly with Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it frustrating that PandaDoc does not offer a simple, one-click option to refresh and resend an expired document. Instead, I have to edit the document and go through the entire internal approval process again before I can redeliver it to the client.

Creating templates for quotes, sending electronic signature documents, tracking sales contracts, and ensuring all necessary parties are included in opportunities are all important aspects of the process.
Great for Form Creation, but Re-Issuing Forms Is Not Intuitive

Once you understand it, the product works flawlessly to create credible forms with signature authority.

There are some parts of PandaDoc that are purely not intuitive.
An example is when you want to re-issue a form. It should be a simple process because in a real world use case this happens all the time. But PandaDoc makes it seem like there is a whole process required and it's hard to figure out what to do.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to send forms with required signatures quickly and easily and allows my targets (customers, partners) to fill those forms out quickly and apply a validated signature.
Seamless CRM Integration and Easy Document Creation
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is very easy to work with. Number one point for me is integrations with our CRM system. The set up was simple and customizable, and now we can seamlessly port data into our templates. It's also easy to create visually appealing documents without being a graphic designer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally our clients have trouble opening emails from PandaDoc due to their company's firewalls. This mostly is an issue at the largest corporations we work with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc allows us to create contracts and proposals very quickly on-the-fly, seamlessly porting in the quotes we've already entered into Hubspot. It saves me time and ensures information is accurate relative to if we made each document by hand.
