PandaDoc: Easy to Use and Great for Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is easy to use and trackable and able tp track.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Signed quotes are forwarded to the Inside Sales Team for placing orders.
Professional Presentations, Needs File Versioning
What do you like best about the product?
I love how PandaDoc makes my presentations and quotes look pristine, which differentiates me and my company from other construction companies. I appreciate that it's integrated with my CRM, keeping me on track and securely storing my proposals in the cloud. The presentation side of PandaDoc is uniform across our company, and I really like the look of it. Additionally, the automatic adding function is quite helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that PandaDoc does not keep historical files. I wish it allowed me to have version one, version two, version three, etcetera.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc enhances the presentation of my quotes, making them look pristine, which sets me apart from competitors. Its integration with my CRM keeps me organized, provides a cloud-based system for storing proposals, and offers a uniform look with helpful automatic functions.
User-Friendly, Effective, and Highly Recommendable Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love how user-friendly PandaDoc is; it’s incredibly intuitive, making set-up and operation smooth and straightforward. The visibility it provides when sending proposals is remarkable, as I can track when customers view and sign the documents. Its integration with Salesforce is seamless, enhancing our workflow and efficiency. I adore the customizable features, which make adapting the software to meet our needs painless. The digital signing feature simplifies processes considerably, saving us time and effort.

At the moment there is not one particular specific thing I dislike.

PandaDoc integrates with our CRM, streamlining proposal generation, digital signatures, and providing full visibility into customer interactions, simplifying processes and enhancing efficiency.

Very easy to use. Yes it is the easiest I have used.

There is really nothing that I dislike. I love it it is a great product.

I love the intuitive interface of PandaDoc, which makes it easy to use and efficient for handling a variety of documents. The templates are great, simplifying my workflow. I appreciate the signature order feature, which ensures signatures are gathered correctly. Overall, it's a significant time saver, eliminating the need for posting documents out for wet signatures and streamlining the signing process with just a few clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found it a bit time-consuming trying to construct new documents as templates, which is why I defaulted to the PDF import method.

I use PandaDoc for easy document signing, saving hours monthly and eliminating the need for physical signatures, simplifying processes with just two clicks.
Efficient, Easy to Use, but Slow in File Loading
What do you like best about the product?
I like how PandaDoc allows us to perform our tasks efficiently and effectively. Its use is very educational and easy to understand, which makes setup and use simpler. It greatly improved streamlining and facilitated the modification of emails and the incorporation of signatures. Additionally, the notifications keep us informed about the status of the documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I would change about PandaDoc is the speed when uploading a file. For example: if we upload a file with 15 pages, it takes between 3 to 5 seconds to add it to the email of the person we need to sign. But if it's a 40-page document, it takes much longer. I would like it to be as fast as possible to speed up the work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use PandaDoc to perform electronic signatures and thus complete documents, which greatly speeds up the processes. It allows for quick modifications and adds efficiency to our work. The notifications help us a lot by letting us know when the signatures on the sent document are completed.

One thing I like best is the real-time notifications — they let me know exactly when a customer has opened or viewed the contract. It’s a small detail, but it really helps me stay on top of follow-ups and gives me confidence that nothing slips through the cracks.

Sometimes editing contracts can be a bit challenging, especially when multiple sections need to be updated or when formatting shifts unexpectedly. It can take some extra time to make sure everything stays aligned and looks clean.

PandaDoc solves the problem of managing and tracking contracts efficiently. Before, I had to rely on email attachments and back-and-forth messages to confirm when someone received or viewed a document. Now, everything is in one place — I can create, send, track, and get signatures without any confusion. It saves me time and keeps my workflow organized.

It’s incredibly intuitive - easy for both internal teams and customers to use - and has drastically reduced turnaround times for agreements, MSAs, and renewals. The template functionality and automation features have made scaling our processes seamless, while integrations with Salesforce keep everything centralized and transparent. I use PandaDoc every single day - often all day - and it consistently makes my work faster, smoother, and more organized. Their customer support is also absolutely stellar - quick to respond, genuinely helpful, and proactive in resolving any issue or question. It’s one of those rare tools that actually makes your day easier every single time you use it.

There’s very little to dislike, but if I had to pick one thing, it would be that complex templates can occasionally take some fine-tuning to get field logic just right. That said, the support team is responsive and solutions-oriented, and any minor challenges are far outweighed by the platform’s value and ease of use.

I find PandaDoc invaluable as it eliminates the hassle of obtaining wet signatures, allowing renters to electronically sign documents, which are legally binding. The drag-and-drop feature is particularly useful for placing initials or signatures in documents. Its competitive pricing also convinced me to switch from Adobe and other vendors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the initial setup of PandaDoc a bit tricky. It was not too difficult overall, but figuring out certain features like dragging items to specific places and storing documents for repeated use was challenging at first. Additionally, some functionalities I needed were only available with a different price subscription, which was not immediately clear.

Using PandaDoc solves getting wet signatures by renters, eliminating mail or in-person visits. We send an email for electronic signatures, which are legally binding, making the process efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate PandaDoc's affordable pricing which is lower than its competitors and its ease of use, making it convenient for me to send out e-signature contracts. The ability to send contracts via initial emails and from my phone is particularly beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the uploading process for forms with multiple signers slightly difficult to make a template for changing customers, especially when designating specific section areas for each signer. I haven't been able to resolve these difficulties and have to manually manipulate the saved forms to meet my needs. Additionally, the interface on a cellular device feels clumsy and cumbersome, which makes it challenging to manipulate with ease while on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find PandaDoc beneficial for sending contracts in introduction emails and from my phone, with esignatures simplifying the process. Its affordable price and ease of use make it preferable over competitors. I also like being able to send links via text message on the go.
