Seamless Integration, But Needs Better Document Resend and FAQ Features
What do you like best about the product?
The program is perfectly integrated into our customer resource system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would create a function allowing documents to be resent to the reviewer. Or create a path towards frequently asked questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, the only option for resending documents on the platform is to create entirely new contracts or documents. There isn't a straightforward way to simply resend existing documents.
Professional and Efficient Document Management for My Clinic
What do you like best about the product?
I am a dermatologist and certified dietitian, and I use PandaDoc regularly to create and manage treatment plans, diet charts, follow up instructions, and procedure packages for my patients. It is very easy to use and requires no complicated setup. I can select a template, add patient details, treatment steps, pricing, or consent sections, and the document is ready to share in minutes.
What I like most is that it’s not just for signatures. I can prepare complete documents including tables, instructions, clinic logo, and care guidelines in one place. Integration with Google Drive works smoothly, so all completed or signed files are automatically saved. Tracking who has opened or viewed a document is also very helpful when managing multiple patients or treatment plans.
I use it several times a week, especially for laser procedures, long-term skincare programs, and diet plans. Implementation was smooth, it fits perfectly into my workflow, and I haven’t needed customer support so far. Overall, PandaDoc helps me keep my patient documentation professional, organized, and efficient, without adding any complexity to my daily clinic work.

Tracking multiple pending documents for different patients could be clearer, especially during busy clinic hours. Also, occasionally adding very specific medical instructions or custom sections in templates can be a bit limited, so I need to adjust manually. These are minor issues, but improving them would make daily documentation even smoother.

I had to create each document from scratch or use multiple tools, which sometimes led to mistakes or missing details. PandaDoc solves this by letting me use templates and add all patient details, treatment steps, consent sections, and instructions in one professional document. I can send it to patients for approval, track if they have viewed it, and store it automatically in Google Drive. This saves me a lot of time, reduces paperwork, and keeps my documentation organized and professional. I can focus more on patient care instead of document management, and it ensures nothing gets missed in my daily clinic workflow.
Effortless Contract Management, Minor Lag with Multiple Tabs
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of it. Makes it very easy for me and my clients to complete our contracts.

Usually has a lag when using with other tabs simultaneously. Probably the only complaint I have at all however.

I appreciate that PandaDoc was not difficult to set up, which made the transition from DocuSign smooth and uncomplicated. The platform excels at completing agreements efficiently, especially given the nature of my work, which involves a lot of documents that our clients need to sign and date. The ability to search through any and all documents within the history is incredibly valuable. Oftentimes, I need to refer back to documents that date back over a year, and PandaDoc allows me to find this information easily without remembering when or how the documents were initially sent. I find this historical search feature enhances my workflow significantly. In general, PandaDoc is very easy to use, and despite a few areas that could use improvement, it is a great app that I find reliable and practical for my document management needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I notice that sometimes when I require both a signature and a date on documents, some dates do not get inputted. However, those documents are still considered complete even though they are missing the date. This can be problematic as it potentially overlooks a crucial part of the documentation process.

I find PandaDoc helps complete agreements efficiently by handling client signatures and dates, and its document search feature enhances workflow by easily retrieving past documents.
