Effortless Proposal Sending, Minimal Bugs
What do you like best about the product?
I find PandaDoc extremely valuable for its overall reliability and performance. The software 'just works' effectively, unlike our previous solution, Proposify, which was plagued with interface bugs and usability issues. Since switching, I've experienced significantly fewer bugs and end-user problems, making my tasks smoother and more efficient. The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, contributing to faster implementation and usability. I particularly appreciate the template architecture and its seamless integration with HubSpot, which has facilitated a smoother workflow. The ease of copying text and manipulating data impresses me and positively impacts our proposal sending process. The excellent user experience provided by the lack of bugs is a compelling reason for me to continue using PandaDoc and consider purchasing it again in the future. Additionally, the overall ease of use and the efficient handling of proposals enhance productivity and streamline operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the HubSpot integration and data migration has been a little bit challenging to get through. We are figuring it out, but my marketing team has found some challenges figuring a few things out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find that PandaDoc just works really well, with fewer bugs and an easier-to-navigate interface compared to Proposify, making proposal sending smoother.

The templates for letters and emails are very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
"Schedule Send" is not an option at this time.

Tracking of official job offer letters .

It allows us get every information we need about a staff in one place which helps saves time on recruitment

It has a lot of columns some of which are not really needed.

Pandadoc solves the problem of having too many documents or forms because it has all information in one form
Effortless Paperwork Management with PandaDoc
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is incredibly easy to use, and has helped us streamline our paperwork processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I don't like yet!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are no longer juggling stacks of paperwork or shuffling through to find a signature page. PandaDoc allows us to streamline our processes and digitize all of our documents.
Customizable Document Management with Real-Time Client Tracking and a responsive system every time!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to upload our own documents and allowing us to tailor the different requirements for the client during the creation process. I enjoy the ability to track in real time when clients are looking at the documentation and making their updates on our form / contracts. It's really easy to upload your own documents and forms and implementing changes in real time as necessary. I use it all the time to complete our contracts.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate PandaDoc's excellent customer service which has been consistent and supportive regardless of whether I was on a free or paid plan. This dedication to customer satisfaction is very important to me and stands out significantly because every time I had queries, their team was very forthcoming and positive in their responses. I also find PandaDoc's straightforward setup process appealing, as it allowed me to relate to its menu items easily due to my previous experience with another platform. Furthermore, the use of templates in PandaDoc suits my needs as it helps streamline my document handling without complications. This simplicity in functionality aligns perfectly with my requirements, considering that I have yet to use their more advanced features. Additionally, PandaDoc's role in aiding compliance with regulatory agencies is something I value highly. It has enabled me to share necessary data with bodies such as the CRA and my CPA body, facilitating a smooth compliance process without any pushback. Finally, despite having other financial considerations, my familiarity with PandaDoc, combined with its outstanding customer service, makes it a preferred option for me, further evidenced by my willingness to highly recommend it, as indicated by my perfect recommendation score.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the lack of integration with key tools like Profile tax software and potentially QuickBooks problematic. Additionally, the fact that the subscription is priced in US dollars, while I'm based in Canada, means I have to contend with fluctuating exchange rates which can affect the cost-effectiveness of using the service.

PandaDoc ensures compliance with client confirmations required by regulatory agencies, facilitating smooth interactions with bodies like CRA and my CPA organization without pushback.
Exceptionally Ergonomic and User-Friendly Platform

People now working remotely are not in the office to sign.

User-Friendly and Fast, But CRM Integration Needs Tiny Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Simple. Easy Interface. Quick for both clients and team to understand the editing and signature. I use for every signature and deal needed. Connects to CRM no problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain data from the CRM has to be updated back in the CRM and makes you recreate a new PandaDoc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps deliver sensitive and critical information in a clear way. These are sales and purchase contracts that involve massive 5-6-figure deals and banking information. This has been secure and trusted by our team.

Easy to use and has been able to scale well with us as our company has grown.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more flexibility within the product to search and report. The copy and paste feature can be really funky at times as well. I would love to see a pricing table that can be added that shows the totals of each unique pricing table. It would be great if we could assign an internal PO number to contracts.

Easy to Use with Great Features, But can have too Many Email Notifications.

I appreciate the ease of use, straightforward implementation, and the range of features that benefit both my team and our clients.

There are both positive and negative aspects, particularly regarding the number of emails I receive when a document is being signed.

We are not restricted by a monthly limit on the number of e-signed documents.
