Floqast Makes Processes More Efficient

What do you like best about the product?
Floqast simplifies all accounting process which makes it very easy to do our jobs as well as train others. The functionality is very user friendly which makes everything easier. Floqast also provides a great audit trail for us and other to double check work that is completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything yet that I do not like about Floqast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Floqast helps our company close or books faster. This helps us focus on other projects without having to spend too much time on our monthly tasks.

Great Visuals for Reconciliation, but Setup Navigation Needs Improvement

What do you like best about the product?
The visual optics of the Foder Reconciliation sections, it makes it easy to see if something it out of balance with a quick glance.

Hard to remember where to update the COA and other setup items

Simple and User-Friendly, But Variance Analysis Needs Improvement

What do you like best about the product?
Simple interface for checklists and reconciliations, ability to use a hashtag to auto reconcile, and ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Variance Analysis interface is not the most ideal: the inability to see 2 reviewers on the page without having to click to see the additional reviewer, the inability to filter for open items that are only open for your review (the "Ready for Review" filter shows all accounts regardless of whether it has already been reviewed - maybe showing this because there are 2 reviewers?), having to drag open the flux comment box in order to see the full flux comment, instead of it automatically displaying the full comment when clicking the first time around, not being able to easily toggle to see multiple prior month flux comments within the current month close that is being worked on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time efficiency to help make close more efficient.

FloQast Makes Month-End Close a Breeze, Though Setup Can Be Daunting

What do you like best about the product?
If you are looking for an easy way to shorten month close and be able to easily view your progress, there is nothing that i have seen that does it better than FloQast. Plenty of AI incorporation if you want to go that route, but not needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial set up can be daunting with the sheer amount of steps and documentation that may be needed to get started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just making the month end and keeping track of things is a benefit.

What do you like best about the product?
FloQast has been a very useful tool for organizing tasks and reconciliations in one place which helps us keeping track during accounting closes much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be helpful if FloQast can create trending analysis for a specific account and suggest some call-outs needing attention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FloQast serves as a centralized location for all tasks and reconciliations so we can easily track them down for collaborating and resolving accounting issues during closes.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful features have been the task tracking and reconciliation checklists, which keep our team organized and ensure nothing is missed.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there’s one area for improvement, it would be making the user interface a bit more intuitive when navigating between modules or reviewing completed tasks. At times, it can take a few extra clicks to get where you need to go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our accounting team implemented FloQast earlier this year, and it has made a huge difference in our month-end close process. The platform has helped improve our organization, streamline reconciliations, and increase overall visibility into our close tasks. It’s been a great tool for keeping our team aligned and ensuring a smoother, more efficient close each month.

It seems pretty intuitive to get started using, and still more features to take advantage of. Easily track your monthly processes and easy to add users and to the checklist. Notifications are automatic.

Powerful Dashboards and Task Management for Smooth Month-End Close

What do you like best about the product?
I really value the dashboards and the ease with which I can organize checklists and tasks across different business functions. This tool has proven to be especially powerful for us during End of Month and End of Quarter close and reconciliation processes. I also appreciate the ability to integrate with our other business tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area where I wish FloQast could improve is in its reporting and data analysis features. I feel that we are not fully utilizing this aspect of the system, and I would appreciate having more guidance or resources on how to make the most of these functions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a centralized location for our financials allows our leaders to easily see where we stand at the end of each month, quarter, and year. This setup makes it possible for us to communicate effectively and quickly identify what is missing, especially since multiple business units are working and logging information into the system.

Accurate Deadlines and Automated Reminders Make FloQast Stand Out

What do you like best about the product?
These are a few things I like about FloQast:
- Checklist feature where the due dates are only based on working days, ensuring the due date to be more accurate.
- ReMind feature to automatically send out the request for reports / vendor estimates.
- Most of the features on Floqast portal is user friendly, and very easy to use and implement.
- Customer support was a great help, when there are ReMind issues throughout my usage.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Variance Analysis - allowing each individuals team member to create their own flux, creating multiple version of templates, and need to open each version to ensure I am using the correct one. It will be great if the creation of analysis is restricted to 1-2 admin
- Dashboard - as part of Sept-2025 close, these feature did not show up on my dashboard - reconciliation, notes, analytics, variance analysis. Only when I click on the email notification on variance analysis, then the feature pop-up. Not sure what happen, but it did not create a huge burden/issues for me due to email reminder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is keeping all team members accountable , since the system shows the pre-defined deadline on each task, and who is responsible to prepare / review. Also, ReMind feature completely get rid of the monthly repetitive task of having to send email to vendors / business on time.
