FloQast is great for organizing a team and has wonderful customer support!
What do you like best about the product?
FQ is great at organizing our month-end close tasks and monthly reconciliation. Works well with our auditors and accessibility. Customer Support is timely (a few hours, not days) and assists with problems effectively. We use it every month to keep myself and my team on task. Enjoy the quarterly reviews with our account manager and help to continue to better our use of FloQast.
What do you dislike about the product?
OneDrive integration can be tricky when data is copied over or deleted, and folders can be easily dragged elsewhere. No way to lock or block from happening.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organize audit, close month-end, analyze variance, and perform reconciliations.
Easy to use and adapt and creates efficiencies in the close process.
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and adapt to your business processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integration with SAP Business One was not seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It shortens the close process and assists us with real time reconcilaitions during the close.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the ease of use with the product; it is very intuitive to an end-user new to the program.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is alot to learn to take full advantage of the program. To the extent that things are rolled out in a timely fashion, it can appear to be overwhelming in some instances.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Financial Statement accuracy and SOX compliance

What do you like best about the product?
Floqast makes it easy to track all the deliverables of the close process and keep everyone in the process connected. It really helps with collaboration too. It's great having review controls for journal entries and reconciliations all in one place. We are also starting to work with their Remind product to help automate some of our close steps, which expect to help reduce close time. We can also share access with our auditors so they can review whatever support they need during audits. The Floqast support team has been helpful and I like their short educational videos that help quickly get up to speed on different features. It's very easy to use and implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
While there is a calendar view at a high level of financial statement areas, I would like to see a calendar view for the checklists. With many moving pieces in our processes, it would be helpful to visualize in a calendar view so we can look for efficiencies and dependencies more easily. The data is already there so I'm sure this is something Floqast can add in future updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Floqast keeps us organized and on schedule. We can make sure all required controls , tasks and reviewed are tracked and nothing falls through the cracks. As a leader, it's easy for me to view how my team is doing and any issues we are having with the close.
Having all monthly and quarterly tasks in one place is invaluable.

What do you dislike about the product?
-For non-close workflow, it is difficult to tie a document in a documents folder to a checklist item. (you can attach it directly to the checklist item, but then its not visable in the Documents Folder. I feel like a detailed linking methodology or tagging could be really useful (kind of like your FQ# system for close).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Intuitive. Easy to use. Easy to customize. Keeps my team on track.

Expensive. Took a while to integrate with Net Suite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Shortening the monthly close process. Checking that each account has an up to date recon.
Floqast combines all accounting and audit workflows seamlessly into one platform.
What do you like best about the product?
The documented processes, approvals and automated synching with Yardi for continued accuracy and visibility for audits are my favorite features.

At times I wish there were more bulk updates available.

FloQast solves documented processes and procedures and benefits us by confirming reviews, approvals, and performace by streamlining deadlines.
An Amazing platform that keeps the Finance on task and on schedule.

The Reminders are a signficant help as I have a lot of asks throughout the month.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ony downside that I hav is with he Flux Analysis doesn't give you the option to upload a file to help explain the reasoning for the flux.Seeing the back up helps give a beterr understanding.

flqast helps with m reconcilitations as well as daily AP tasks to ensure that I dont miss important tasks.
The Close management tool you need
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive interface. Smooth implementation. Ease of use. Relatively easy to manage. Expands on user features. Is customer oriented and addresses the challenges that acocunting team has. Reduces administrative burden for keeping track of close tasks and reconciliations. Integrates well with Netsuite ERP.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not provide feature to open files up in Excel, or restrict access to opening up things in Gsheet (since incompatible excel formulas may be corrupted when opening up in Gsheets). Limited project management functionality (although this seems to be a new feature offering).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking to address challenges of keeping track of reconciliations, clearly delegating reconclition responsibiliites, ensuring timely compliance with reconciliation and chekclist items, having a central repositary of checklist items, and monitoring our close.
Floqast has been very user friendly and make close and reconciliation tasks easy to manage.
What do you like best about the product?
The floqast sit is easy to navigate, and it allows users to easily see and filter their tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The refresh time after uploading documents to in Floqast take a bit too long sometimes.

Floqast is actively solving and improving the time taken for uploading and refreshing information.
