Modern and user-friendly solution, very customer-oriented
What do you like best about the product?
The FloQast team works very efficiently to find the optimal solution to application errors and continuously develops its program to provide the most modern and flexible platform possible. FloQast's customer service is simply incredible: every request and every problem is dealt with as quickly as possible, so there is no long wait for the customer. The engagement of the team is excellent and exemplary.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the beginning it gives the impression that FloQast is already fully developed in all areas and that there are probably no difficulties in mapping your own processes and rules with FloQast without manual intervention as an interim solution. This is not yet the case at the moment and some interim solutions are required before a final solution can be found.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FloQast is simply failing to map complicated customer processes and rules via the program if they do not correspond to the standard. This is problematic because it forces the customer to adapt their processes and procedures to the standard in FloQast. The good thing, however, is that FloQast works immediately to implement these customer-specific requirements in the system and is constantly developing its program to implement all of its customers' requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love the reminders; it keeps me on task.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no dislikes, that's it. I have nothing else to say on the matter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
FloQast is solving the reminder problem. Prior to FloQast I used OneNote to track task, but FloQast is better.

The ability to provide evidence for all tasks and to ensure all tasks are completed
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be quite rigid, some things it forces are not applicable to our situation and this can be fixed by making things a bit les rigid. There should be a better ability to document what has been done in the given period for checklist items. Linkage in the compliance module could be better

Ensuring all tasks done and giving visibility on progress as well as providing evidence of review for 404b

* Clear visibility into month-end close task statuses at a detailed and high level
* Integration with Netsuite to show when reconciliations are in balance or come out of balance due to a late entry
* Ability to leave review notes directly on tasks
* Variance analysis showing trends over time and month-over-month changes by vendor
* Ability to add blockers on month-end tasks
* Projects tool has been helpful for audit
* Ease of self-supporting modifying for what my team needs

The linking to tags in reconciliations can only be done in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
It super convenient and definitely enhances are month end close process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across anything that I disl;ike.

What do you like best about the product?
It appears to be very intuitive, things are in a place that makes sense and are easy to understand and access, and tie together well to make for cohesive GRC.
What do you dislike about the product?
haven't found anything glaring in my use so far
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to have to use a very clunky GRC tool for our client, and it was difficult to navigate and needed lots of access provisioning to every little component. It was annoying and didn't sort evidence well as tied to control tests.
My experience with FloQast is quite exceptional
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive interface makes using the software a breeze, and my workflow has become much more productive than with our previous software

As we haven't used this software much yet, there is truly nothing to suggest about dislike since we have had such a massive improvement

FloQast has helped organize all of our controls, workflows and controls owners in a clean, easy to understand manner
A good tool for month close checks.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that FloQast offers different workflows for different kinds of tasks, not only reconciliation of the financial statement. The integration with D365 works well when it comes to synchronising the BS/PL balances. The tool is also useful for the Variance Analysis which is very straight forward and easy to use and set up.
The customer support is very helpful with any question during all phases, including implementation but also afterwards and tries to find the best solution for the company. I think this tool has a very good potential.

What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately it is not possible to upload just one reconciliation file for all the reconciliations which are saved in different folders. Sometimes the UI gets blocked and gives error and I need to wait for it to be reloaded.

Helps to allocate and monitor the progression of tasks. It saves time during the closing process.

Cant think of anything just yet, FloQast has been a huge improvement to our previous tool, Blackline
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to reconcile faster and easier with this tool compared to competitors. Also love the percentage complete view by entity vs total. This product is a win.
