Best MDM ever!
What do you like best about the product?
Manageability, control, self service and especially identity management are crucial in managing Apple devices in an enterprise environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. Price, accessibility and support are best in class.

What do you like best about the product?
Extension attributes! They're amazing, the ability to inject whatever data I want into the database is great

Enrollment and device certificates can take some care and feeding

Jamf Pro has been great for Apple device management
What do you like best about the product?
Jamf Pro has been a great tool to learn as a fresh IT Support Specialist for my organization. Compared to other tools for device management for other operating systems, Jamf's interface has been easy to learn which gives me the confidence to seek a resolution to new technical issues with our Mac users.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lately the server has been having issues and impacting performance, but that was temporary. Otherwise I can't think of anything I dislike at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recently Jamf Pro helped me deploy a special typeface designed to improve readability to dyslexic readers. I managed to deploy it as a system font and a Chrome extension across university campus to macOS devices.

I don't have any complaints about using jamf pro.

It is great for managing macs that are not locally available.

I really like how easy it is to use and take care of all of the Mac devices that we have.

I have no complaints about using JAMF Pro. Everything is AMAZING

They have taken care of all of our needs. No complaints. They are always there to answer any questions we have.
Jamf is Incredible
What do you like best about the product?
Jamf has made managing Apple devices so fluid and simple. I love it. The university is able to streamline Apple products. The best part is the Zero Touch; set it up, ship it straight to the user, and they can enroll. It's that simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love if when I'm searching through police's to be able to have a back function to my original search.

The simplicity of everything talking together

If you're managing Apple devices, jamf is the go to product! They offer a full solution for everything Apple with an easy to use interface!
What do you dislike about the product?
They don't support other platforms such as ChromeOS. Support ChromeOS and you'd rule the education space!

We use jamf to write all the documentation that is related to our product and jamf.
Mac management that works for enterprise
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can make Mac managed policies that parallel windows device management. Device trust with okta as an scep source and an idp with azure ad preenrollment is quite easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some reporting options and alert notifications are missing that I would expect. Also with the shift for Microsoft to require modern auth for email leaves smtp broken in jamf today.

Jamf pro is being used to manage our macos endpoints. Zoom room devices, and shared build computers. It makes it easy to ensure patch and os compliance for policies.

More advanced management of other platforms would be great.

It's incredibly powerful and configurable.

There is a steep learning curve so you really need the training which is expensive.
