What do you like best about the product?

What do you dislike about the product?
I am having a hard time coming up with any downsides of using Jamf Pro. Compared to the other MDMs I've used, such as MECM and Intune for Windows devices, Jamf offers so many configurations that are easier to implement and much quicker for those configurations to hit the endpoints. I guess if I had to call out a downside of Jamf, I would say it's a bit too easy to use. It feels so intuitive and we'll thought out that I feel like engineering solutions is a bit too easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team was tasked with getting NIST 171 compliant and the Jamf compliance editor tool made a daunting task, much more approachable. With the help of my team, we were able to become NIST complaint in a couple of months, much faster than it took for our Windows devices.
Jamf really has empowered me and made Mac management exciting and easy!

What do you dislike about the product?
Not really a dislike about the product itself, but more of a good-ish problem to have is that there are a lot features to implement to where it is overwhelming. Really needing a dedicated resource to get to it all and ensure I fully utilize it to the fullest potential.

Jamf Pro is solving most everything our InfoSec and SOC team are throwing at me from device compliance (conditional access) to meeting auditing requirements and patching that is saving so much overhead time that allows me to work on other areas of Mac Management

What I like most in Jamf Pro is the simplicity and automation it brings to Apple device management. The platform makes it very easy to enroll, configure, and secure devices at scale, without requiring complex manual processes. I especially appreciate the self-service portal, which empowers users to install approved apps and updates on their own, reducing helpdesk tickets.
