Jamf has a huge database of support articles and use cases, making it easy to find the information you are looking for.

It can be intimidating to a new administrator with nore limited IT experience.

We use jamf pro to regulate our employee mac devices, and it makes it easy to update to new computers.

I own all things Jamf for my Org.
What do you like best about the product?
One very helpful thing is that it blocks and alerts me via email when an unencrypted USB storage device is connected. I am also able to see in a the dashboard my compliance metrics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to implement remediations. It would be great to enable solutions with one button.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
USB encryption enforcement and a view of device compliance status in a dashboard.

What do you like best about the product?
Jamf Pro allows me to push out apps for any use case that a non admin useright need.

I wish Patch Management through Jamf apps catalog had more options available.

The most helpful part of Jamf Pro are the ability to view my fleet at a glance and manage at glance as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
RBAC roles could be more granular and widely usable for areas with multiple admins for multiple sites.

It is Solving our issues of having devices verbally managed.

The all in one MDM appliance for managing Apple devices.

None that can be thought of - just the best MDM

Managing everything
It makes managing login credentials much easier for end users.

Its integration with Azure. Users being able to login with their normal account information seems to make things enjoyable.

Currently I have not ran into any particular issues or anything that I do not like.

Ensuring that every user is using provisioned credentials that require SSO.

Zero day OS, support, healthcare industry close relationship and support for the industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features from the past few years are still taking time to be adopted. Return to service, Jamf SSO, and some DDM features are lacking.

Device management for both corporate, shared and assigned as well as BYOD.
