How easy it is to manage devices, create policies and for security

Doing macOs updates can be wonky, sometimes the updates do not hit the devices.

What I find most helpful about using Jamf Pro is the strong support available from the Mac community, especially when it comes to various configurations and tools. As the leading Mac MDM provider, Jamf stands out—whenever I have questions or need to do some research, I find a wealth of easily accessible information.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Jamf is that, at times, when trying to integrate with certain vendors such as Microsoft, the documentation provided on both sites does not always align. This mismatch can make the integration process more confusing and time-consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jamf addresses the challenge of keeping all Macs compliant without the usual difficulties that come from dealing with various resources. It streamlines the process, making implementation and management much simpler.

Overall, Jamf Pro has proven to be a valuable solution for balancing endpoint protection with user enablement.
What do you dislike about the product?
API management is a work in progress. Dashboard compliance for blueprints is only capable via the api endpoint and makes researching and understand why a blueprint failed on a machine tedious.

It is so powerful and management of macs is easy.

Jamf account gets a bit tricky for a partner because of the multiple jamf portals and account connections in the background.

One of the aspects I find most helpful about Jan Pro is the convenience of managing both computer and mobile devices through a single, unified interface. The platform is professional, comprehensive, easy to read, and highly secure. I trust this company to support organizations ranging from small businesses to those with more than 10,000 employees worldwide. The ability to customize scripts and adjust settings for different hierarchical levels within a large organization is essential for daily operations and effective device and system management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don't have any negative opinions about JAMF Pro. If I were to point out one area for improvement, it would be the platform's limited integration with non-Apple devices and external software compliance components.

JAMF Pro is a valuable tool for managing over 10,000 devices worldwide. Having all the information for a user or a specific device centralized in one location creates an intuitive and easy-to-read interface. This setup not only streamlines workflows but also provides reassurance regarding security.

What do you like best about the product?
I manage a fleet of over 9000 Macs and 1200 iOS devices for an At Home call center, and it is only with Jamf our work as IT is even possible

The learning curve of the software tends to match the curve of the Mac sysadmin skills
