What do you like best about the product?
Jamf is always on the cutting edge of available technology, working closely with Apple to be ready to support every major OS release on the first day its released. I like how you can easily view and export reports about inventory, and create custom extension attributes that match your business need. It's also easy to learn how to use Jamf Pro with their free online 100 course and paid courses for certification at the 200 level and above. Customer support is very responsive and helpful, and there's a large, active community of Jamf Users. Overall, I think Jamf is the gold standard for mobile device management of Apple products in an enterprise environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost of certification is rather high. And Jamf tends to be more expensive compared to their competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to manage hundreds of Apple devices remotely, creating guardrails for business use, but still allowing users the freedom to personalize their assigned device.
