What do you like best about the product?
Ability to monitor and manage MacBooks and push through policies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes MacBooks lose connection to JAMF although that may be due to users not performing restarts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to monitor devices alongside checking if they are in compliance.
Jamf is a great platform with an amazing community.
What do you like best about the product?
The community is amazing. Always have great tech support.

Maybe a more clear roadmap for future updates.

Being able to manage iPad at scale in our environment

I am extremely impressed by all of the innovations they have come out with in the last couple years. It has made it much easier to manage our MAC fleet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the tools or configurations are not as intuitive as the developers might think.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
OS updates, package deployments, vulnerability management, & some low level asset management.

We’ve tried the competition but Jamf has consistently offered the best in class customer support and day-0 support.

They sometimes take awhile for their initial support to mature.

They constantly check in to make sure any issues you are having are solved.

There are endless possibilities with this product. It's customisable for every use.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are too many separate management consoles, which makes things more complicated. Additionally, there is no integration with the setup manager.

Managing Macs has been a straightforward experience. The tools provided make it easy to oversee and maintain the devices, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

What do you like best about the product?
jamf has provided visibility and control over our once invisible Mac inventory. It was literally the Wild West.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be difficult and cumbersome at times, but there is enough information out there to get through the tough stuff.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform offers features such as inventory management, security controls, and remote administration, which includes the ability to install software and apply patches. It also allows you to lock devices that are lost, stolen, or being withheld by a former employee.
infrastructure as code with Terraform is a blessing

I like being able to manage it with Terraform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some APIs are private and not public. Some API features require SSO and don't support access tokens like Mac Applications.

This platform offers a highly dynamic approach to device management. It allows for the creation and organization of groups tailored to specific business needs, making management more efficient and adaptable.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is definitely a learning curve with this, but once you get past that initial challenge, it only becomes as complex as you want it to be.

This tool is useful for maintaining a consistent baseline status across all devices.
