Rivery is a great platform with multiple solutions
What do you like best about the product?
Straight forward platform, very easy to use, does not require a lot of knowledge or experience. Great support and quick response. The system is stable and there aren't many bugs or issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's aren't any upsides, this is really a platform that helps you a lot. I would like it to have even more support for internal integration with other companies and partners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data extraction and manipulation, it saves a lot of time when importing data into different systems, and helps organize multiple ETL's by grouping and scheduling.
A Versatile and Easy To Use ETL Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Rivery is an intuitive ETL tool that has been capable of connecting to over 40 different data sources that we have thrown at it. Rivery also has options for directly connecting to data or doing more complex data transformations using Python as part of that ingestion. Additionally, the customer support team is always available to help out with questions or directly assisting with getting an ETL workflow up and running.
What do you dislike about the product?
Rivery is a little light on documentation. The customer support is great, but online documentation can still speed up troubleshooting at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rivery is our primary tool for moving data from multiple systems to our data warehouse. We also use it for moving data between other systems for one-off data processing due to its ease of use.

While my experience with Rivery has been overwhelmingly positive, I believe a few aspects could be improved. Firstly, the platform has a slight learning curve, requiring some time and effort to grasp its features fully. Additionally, while Rivery offers a wide range of pre-built connectors, I occasionally wished for more customization options to tailor the connectors to my specific needs. Although Rivery's performance is generally commendable, there were rare instances of performance issues or delays in data processing, particularly with complex integration scenarios or large datasets. Lastly, some users, including myself, have found the pricing structure to be on the higher side, which could be a consideration for smaller organizations or individual users. However, it's important to note that these limitations are minor in comparison to the overall benefits and capabilities that Rivery provides.

Easy to use and flexible ETL tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Rivery combines many connector options with the ability to program in Python for any custom ETL pipelines. The user interface is intuitive and integrates seamlessly with Snowflake. We have gotten a higher value from Rivery versus its competitors, especially with database syncing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been gaps in the documentation that required a ticket for the helpdesk or additional support from the Rivery reps. Additionally, there is little training available to learn new capabilities and ensure you are using the platform to its full potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The flexibility of Rivery allows us to create a large variety of ETL pipelines in a single platform. The pipelines can be set up quickly with the point-and-click interface, saving a lot of time when a custom solution is unnecessary.
I used Rivery for a data alimentation process, very easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Rivery is easy to use and the interface is great. You can deploy easily your projects from DEV to PROD. Also you have access to many data sources, so it's very great.
What do you dislike about the product?
When doing a source to target with SQL code for snowflake, you have to replace semicolons by \x3b and also you can't write commentaries with the usual --. So when you have to copy/paste code from another software, it's not very efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'am using Rivery in order to load data from various sources into our analytics database, like snowflake stages, or google ads.I also use it in order to monitor data alimentation activities.
Streamlined Integrations, with Room for Documentation Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I recently had the opportunity to use Rivery for data integrations, and overall, I found it to be a powerful and user-friendly platform. Rivery simplifies the process of connecting various data sources and destinations, allowing for efficient data movement and transformation.
What do you dislike about the product?
the documentation could be more comprehensive and detailed. Some advanced features and configurations may require additional explanation and examples to assist users in fully understanding and utilizing them effectively. Improved documentation would reduce the reliance on customer support for basic inquiries and provide users with more self-help resources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reverse ETL issues, also snowflake to dataframe issues that i had the chance to discuss it with the support team and they finnaly solved this issue in a small time.

Ease of use, straighforward documentation, we get all the help and support we need
What do you dislike about the product?
The logs can be confusing sometines, a lack of 'graph' view of aou ETL pipelines (It would be helpful to get a more visual interface)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Fast data extraction thanks to the number of connectors available. Fast debugging and alerts when something is wrong. The Data team is now independent from the IT teams so it saves a lot of time for us.
Easy to Use ETL
What do you like best about the product?
As a data analyst, I find the tool really easy to use; it's intuitive how you connect to the different data sources and create your data pipelines. I like that you can group your pipelines to organize the displays and also the suggestions offered. I also enjoy the animations of the interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
For first-time users, it would be good to have some demo buttons; still, if you are familiar with terms, you'll manage to navigate between windows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I'm studying new cloud environments and technologies, Rivery allows me to speed up the data integration process and test and understand how integrations work.
Easy to use, friendly user interface and very intuitive tool
What do you like best about the product?
I used it for the snowflake training, and it was easy to use. I was able to create a connection fast and easily. I got an error when I tried to run it the first time, but then I looked at the error message, and it was easy to know the problem and fix the error. I reran it, and it was successful this time. It is also very intuitive tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have used it for training, but for the moment, I have not found anything I dislike about the tool yet.

Creating a connection bridge to load data from the source files to the target cloud database. View and monitor data pipeline activities.
