Rivery for marketing APIs
What do you like best about the product?
Using Rivery for marketing APIs has really streamlined the process of pulling data from multiple marketing platforms and centralizing it for analysis and reporting. By far the best thing about my own experience with Rivery has been the attentititve customer support, clear onboarding/suppotr process, and regular check ins.
What do you dislike about the product?
I primarily use Rivery as a data onboarding tool, while preferring to handle data transformation within other tools like Alteryx or Snowflake.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rivery solves the challenge of easily accessing and integrating data from various marketing APIs, something that most traditional transformation tools lack.

Seamless Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Rivery is a great ELT tool that has a significant and valuable impact in our data engineering workflow. It is very user friendly and easy to learn and implement for new users. It has a wide range of useful features that are all seamlessly integrated with each other. It is fast, efficient, and reliable. The support team is wonderful and very open to suggestions for feature adaptations as well as general technical support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, the tool is great! I highly reccommend it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rivery has implemented a user suggestion for a drop down feature adaption which made usage quicker and easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the interface, it is convenient and user-friendly. I also love the service. They always help me when I need it.
What do you dislike about the product?
"Sometimes, when I connect to different data sources, documentation is missing, or alternatively, not all the fields I need from the report are available, and then I have to think of another solution."

What do you like best about the product?
The people who works in Rivery are good people and friendly which is most important! The attitude to customer and his needs are very important. We have good relationship with various people in the team and requests are being fulfilled based. Also when then are issues which we needwd help, we always received it with pleasure. It is a product which is always being updated and try to fit the new neeeds in the market. The setup to source system and overall is very fast and it is good product for fast developing! We do recommend it for other customers. I personally love working with all of the teams in Rivery (support, product, SA, account mangers).
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some basic concepts which needs to be improved to be a better product:
1. More user friendly error messages. This will also avoid opening unwanted support Tickets.
2. There are basic variables in the processes, which are missing and needs to be like in any other ETL tools (file_name, path of filename,how many rows loaded and how many rows had been read)
3. Need to expend searches in user support portal
4, The support team needs to be expeneded.
5. Documentary improvement.
6. To have bank of examples / kits

Connecting to various systems using python, ability to connect to different source systems at once, bringing multi tables in one process.
Simply get the job done.

Rivery is a very simple to use ETL tool, that can be used easily also by none-technical peronel.
It has lots of connectors and a general REST API connector for all the rest.

The only thing that is missing, in my opinion is an integrations to Slack and PagerDuty in case an ETL (river) has failed

It's a no code soultion for ETLs and for 90% of the usecasses it simly work, saving development time.

The only downside is that Rivery doesn’t have all our data sources available as ‘ready to use’ connections. However, this is a minor inconvenience compared to the many advantages the platform offers.
