In the last few years my experience with blackberry is awesome considering the use of BB pin.
What do you like best about the product?
I Love the fact that I am part of Blackberry users then, and the memory still fresh is a great one. I mainly use the BBM app on it then which connects me with friends and family.
What do you dislike about the product?
My dislike is the fact that has long I loved blackberry then the battery is not encouraging at all, my fear is running out of power, I will like it if that can be improved in the future Thanks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have any problem I am solving. It is fine, and I am used to the service already. The benefit of touchscreen and keypad is fantastic, yes it boosts my business then.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Not really. I am not sure if I can recommend it to others. It is no more relevant in the market now.

What do you like best about the product?
The program is very easy to use, and it makes the work very easy to get done

it has a bit of an uncontrolled set whenever you are sharing the fails to other device users

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about blackberry workspaces is the ability to multitask along with the call during working hours, sharing files, syncing emails all at one go.
What do you dislike about the product?
Draft emails made on Moblie phones are not synced on the desktop/web app.

Ease of managing files within the team.

It helps in document storage and ease of access of the documents.different documents can be stored and viewed according to the need

Nothing specific user interface can be improved

We are able to use the services of Blackberry workspaces for documentation, data processing and storage and ease of access of the documents on the network

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, ability to sync last configured emails, connect, access, and other suite logins seamlessly once logged in to one application.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile email drafts are not available on desktop/web. Sometimes sent emails are in outbox only, not actually sent.

Work email on the go. Personal device login and accomplishing the tasks.

The Self Service Portal is very convenient. It gives users a way to enroll their devices themselves very easily. Even on a personal device, you are able to access corporate resources such as your email securely.
It supports different platforms like Windows 10, iOS, macOS, Android, and also Chrome OS.
When a device gets compromised (missing or stolen), there is an option to remotely delete or wipe it down so your data can't be used by unscrupulous peope.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see anything to dislike about this enterprise solution. It provides a secure way to access enterprise resources while using BYODs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With the rapid increase of smartphone ownerships and the accessibility to personal PCs, more and more employees are now willing to use personal devices for work. Managing all these devices of different platforms, ensuring that specifications meet compliance, and securing your corporate data proves to be very challenging all at the same time. Blackberry UEM solves all that.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The other consideration that can be made for this solution aside from security is the cost of ownership. Because it's the users who purchase the devices, it reduces a lot from your capital expenses in the long term. You will just be providing a secure way for them to use these devices and make them work for the business' benefit.
User-friendly and good platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can access emails and calendar with one click of a button and see my upcoming events/add to my calendar from my email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't open PDFs easily or find contacts in my contactbook easily to send emails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am easily able to communicate with colleages on the road/away from my desk.
