Good, needs more connectivity
What do you like best about the product?
It is very simple and easy to use. The platform looks similar to what my IOS already runs on. The main thing I would like to see is an ability to sync across calendars. I like that it has my work schedule, however if I am using my calendar on my apple, I want to be able to see both simultaneously
What do you dislike about the product?
Apart from this, the activation key I believe should be readily available similar to forgetting a password. Although this may be a company issue not a BB issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting my laptop to my phone, we are currently in a transition to more of an online servicing. However, we are still behind with cross-platform connectivity. My computer is Microsoft based and uses most applications for this. My phone is IOS, the more symmetry between the two the better.

It is a very user friendly system.
What do you like best about the product?
That it is very user friendly, and very easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have any complaints, or issues in working with this system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am saving alot of time working with the Blackberry workspaces (formley known as WatchDox by Blackberry)

I think it is very user friendly, and I personally would recommend it to others.

Speed of notifications and presentation on home lock screen

Multiple apps for various functions and difficulty setting up apps

Very good for checking email and scheduling quick meetings. Does not have the same availability to check peoples schedules that would be necessary on the go.

Can't view calendars, and the Connect app is sometimes very buggy and slow

Finding a solution for the calendar viewing and straddling the UI.

Companies are building their won versions of these products and vertical integrated their tech. They want autonomy that is not capable.

Slow, not good with searching for various emails

This product allows me to work from anywhere and stay connected with my colleagues and clients and apps.

Nothing, other than the tedious installation but I understand that’s necessary

That I was able to receive all my work related emails fast and send fast in return. I like that it has a built in browser and helps me keep up to date with my appointments within my calendar

The different fonts or certain ways certain emails came through. I also didn’t like how alot of my important emails would come in as junk.

Being able to send to multiple and continue to receive from an individual source all the time. Being able to save important emails and not have them disappear.

Good Enterprises Review
What do you like best about the product?
You can access email and secure web browsing by being behind firewall. You can store your contacts on this app and your calendar automatically syncs with your email which is great. Another great thing about Good Enterprises is when you use it on an Iphone instead of having to remember your password, Touch ID is available which makes it more secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
Connection sometimes goes out, email doesn't always automatically download, and I don't like that it doesn't sync contacts from phone with your contacts stored on the actual app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secure emailing, makes it easy to encrypt emails. Good Enterprise is also good for sending out invitations to events or webinars to multiple people, this is a function of the email side of Good.
