What do you like best about the product?
The sim0le layout and user interface is compatible with users at all levels of experience
What do you dislike about the product?
The color scheme is not good for the 5-8% of me who are.blue-green colorblind.

Efficient and easy to use (customer friendly)
What do you like best about the product?
The business software is great. This is a very well design platform for synchronization and secure file exchange for single people and companies. It is very easy to use event for new users.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that one of the biggest problems with this particular platform is that it relies on the cloud for it to be efficient at file sharing. Even though the company suggests that their security is a high priority, hackers could get access to these private files. Another disadvantage is that it requires a very high-speed internet to be able to handle file sharing and updating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest benefit is the easiness to share files and maintain them secure. This platform is a very efficient way to share and make changes to your files in a timely manner.

What do you like best about the product?
It works well for allowing our users a secure way of accessing company email on mobile devices.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it freezes. And some settings are in locations that are not quite as intuitive as they could be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Management wanted a way to allow employees to access their work email in a secure environment, and BlackBerry Work provides that.

BlackBerry Work is a solution that was selected prior to my start with this company, but the team who chose it told me they evaluated many options before going with BlackBerry.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy access to email and calendar. Protected with ability to access via Touch ID. Can set requirements to re enter password every 12 hours.

Not intuitive initially to navigate between calendar and email

Managing schedule and email outside of work

Have user guide/tutorial for basic navigation for first time users

When I use blackberry on my phone itabjust as if I was at my desktop. Love that it looks exactly the same.

I think the only thing I dislike is that you have to delete from your phone even though I deleted on the computer already.

That I can communicate with my office and co workers even when I’m mobile and I never have any issues.
