My review on BlackBerry Workspaces
What do you like best about the product?
I love the easy accessible features in the software, its also the leading EFSS in the market compared to research.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really to dislike with Black Berry workspaces, i will suggest to impove on additional storage space. Other than that, the company itself is amazing for storing important files and data that are needed for an fortune 500 company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business problems that are being solved is a clear way of communication with associates.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
To continue using the product. I will still be using this platform if i was still connected with my previous business. When i was using this product, it worked really well. Once i get my new company up in running i will looked back into BlackBerry Worspaces.

It does my work sufficiently but it doesnt give me a great user experience
What do you like best about the product?
Toggles for marking emails etc. Simple User Interface. Authentication is nice
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't have all the required features that other products have.

Mostly for work related. Cannot specify them because they are private to our company

Ability to stay up to date on work related communication while away from the office.

At times emails will arrive with a delay.

Security, protected information, and remote communication with colleagues and clients.
Workable Solution for Secure Workspaces, Hard to Set Up
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to switch between "apps" within the workspace, i.e. from mail to calendar. It does also sync well with with my company's Outlook servers and updates very quickly -- sometimes faster than Outlook on my laptop.
What do you dislike about the product?
It''s a giant pain to set up with lots of steps that aren't clear at all. I had to get an IT person to help me set it up. And in the end, it's just another set of apps on my phone that are harder to use that the native email and calendar apps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to access mail and calendar remotely while still being in a secure environment as required by my IT department. Otherwise, according to them, it wouldn't be possible.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make absolutely sure you need all the extra security layers because they're a pain to deal with.

What do you like best about the product?
I like having a mobile email application that allows me to manage my inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how i always have to log into my account in order to view my inbox.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to stay online on the go as i do a lot of travelling on my job.

it is really easy to use. easy to manage employee's devices. and also you can do a lot of things remotely or you can say over the air. it is really convenient to manage the device of your company.
also when you use it you need a .p12 cerfitication. it is also a secure way to make sure device is safe also company's information is safe

What do you dislike about the product?
not real time. it need long time to manage your device. sometimes you need to wait like 4 hours to make it. and also if you want to change something like VPN or the pre-grant notification permission you also need to wait like 1 or 2 hours in my company.

management the device. do the seamless activation of our client software and also do the device management over the air or you can say OTA instead of that

when you are using UEM make sure you are having the correct access permission. and also get used of all the errors.
Great for teams

I like how easy it is to upload and share different content to individual teams as well as everyone at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally setting the permissions can be confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Releasing secure information to our teams has never been easier, plus we can review what they look at. This lets us know what our employees may need more help with.

I highly recommend this product for securely getting information out to all of your employees.

Able to contact all clients in a secure manner and access to sensitive stuff through my phone
