What do you like best about the product?
I did not like anything about BlackBerry Connect. It was slow and not user friendly

Everything about this software was ancient.

None since this software is not very good.

Skip it and use something else like Teams, Slack, etc...

I really like BlackBerry's connect
What do you like best about the product?
BlackBerry connect is really user friendly. Although I happen to be familiar with BB platforms, even for newcomers it's easy to use on the first try
What do you dislike about the product?
I've experienced some lags in connection with BBC. It could just be my internet but it's only happened when I use that platform specifically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
BBC makes it super easy for me to communicate to my colleagues who are remote - it's had the biggest impact on me in this regard.

I think the name could potentially be misleading. People in the work place do not intuitively know that the tool allows for instant messaging.

BlackBerry Connect is secure, so there is a level of privacy that may be missing from other tools.

The messages send at lightning speed, helpful for late-breaking things (especially in the news or production arena).

You can only talk to other people who have it, which is not too many. It's for inter-company stuff only mostly. And if you have a thread going you can't add someone else to it who doesn't have it.

Sending messages to people on deadline when an event is happening currently, or being able to respond y/n to an editor.

Just make sure your team is going to use it instead of other messaging services. It's hard to get people to switch over from email or texting to something that's not as intuitive or native to current instant-message services.

i find the Connection is constantly is falling out and i get frustrated when using this app in the past. There are defiantly better work applications i would rather use and that are better at what they do.

It takes long to login and once you do it then takes long to load the emails and update. Sometimes it automatically logs you out and says your token has expired but you don’t get any warnings in previous Successful log ins.
