What do you like best about the product?
Sage helps keep our business running smoothly. I can search for any transaction with ease.

its intuitive interface and how easily it integrates with other systems. It simplifies complex financial processes, offers real-time reporting, and significantly speeds up our workflow. The automation features also reduce manual work, which improves accuracy and saves time."

Everything about Sage Intacct works smoothly—no major issues to report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct is helping us streamline our financial processes by automating tasks like accounts payable, reporting, and consolidations. It reduces manual data entry, minimizes errors, and saves significant time. The real-time reporting and dashboards give us better visibility into our financials, which supports faster and more informed decision-making.
Great user friendly ERP
What do you like best about the product?
Fairly intuitive and user friendly. Can find the information I need and generate custom reports quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes get errors I don't understand and have to spend time to Google a solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are adding new implementations to Sage to automate more processes and improve our close time. We are using the journal entry upload function much more to decrease time to upload entries.

What do you like best about the product?
From the very beginning, our implementation specialists ensured that all of our data was migrated in a highly usable format. Since adopting Intacct, I have been consistently impressed by how smooth the transition was, as well as the extensive reporting options and the ability to analyze our data in meaningful ways. The integration with other essential systems, such as payroll, bill.com, and expensify, has also been invaluable to our business. The support team is excellent, too. I use Intacct all day, every day, and I couldn't be happier!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some screens can feel a bit cluttered at times, and I would appreciate having more options to customize our client invoicing. Aside from that, I have no complaints!

Sage Intacct provides our team with real-time financial information in a format that is both quick and easy to understand. This has led to improved project management, especially when it comes to handling budgets and supporting our scalability as we continue to grow.

I appreciate the live feed feature in banking, as well as the option to upload journal entries.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I enjoy it. Wouldn't change a thing.

Sage Intacct:Great Accounting System.
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct is a comprehensive accounting application that is easy to use once its configured. The interface is fairly good and user freindly. The application is able to assist in automation of repetitive task such us consolidation,expense management and invoicing. Being an online application it has allowed us to access the application easily from any place. The reporting and dashboard are highly customizable that provides real time insight that support decision making.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing of the application is a bit high.

Sage Intacct is a great accounting application that is higly customizable. It has enables us to create customized invoices automatically. Technical support has also been very helpful and available .

Accounts Receivable invoice process could be a bit more user friendly.

Easy editing of records, good audit trail

What do you like best about the product?
The customer aging reports is quick and easy to pull. Adjusting the filters on the reports allows for multiple ways to display information. The filters and adjustment to the custom reports to filter by certain dimensions allows me to easily pull reports and make them often to meet specific reporting deadlines.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fixed asset management was a bit difficult to understand however, the support was helpful in understanding the process and how to use the functions properly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Depreciation schedules and properly keeping track of the assets purchased along with the aging for customers and vendors. It helps us keep track of our current liabilities monthly and our income of cash.
