What do you like best about the product?
The ability to completely integrate all processes
What do you dislike about the product?
The custom reporting is not extremely intuitive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Have reduced the amount of manual work involved in time/expense reporting, invoicing and payroll

Extremely robust to ensure you have the personnel to master it.
Intacct is an excellent accounting/reporting system.
What do you like best about the product?
Accounting process - entries, month-end close, year-end close.
What do you dislike about the product?
No fixed asset system built in. We have to use an external fixed asset system, and enter the summary entries in Intacct. Fixed assets is pretty easy - Intacct should build it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Short month-end close. Timely and accurate reporting. Easy to report against budget and prior year.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The AICPA recommends it, that's one important reason we took a chance on it, and we have been 100% satisfied.
User friendly product with plenty of configuration to meet growing needs
What do you like best about the product?
The product is very easy to get up and running with then there are plenty of ways to configure the product to meet growing business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the reporting tool to be easier to use. Really I just want to be able to access the raw data and create my own reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduced the staff needed to process invoices for recurring revenue. Improved cash collections with more accurate invoicing. We are now moving towards more detailed analytics based on custom and standard dimensions available withing the product.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Spend the time (and maybe a little money) on the implementation to not box yourself into a corner for future growth. Take a look at all of the partners available in the Intacct Marketplace, many problems can be solved with integrated partners.

What do you like best about the product?
This g/l knows what an API is. Therefore, it can easily integrate into other systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the cash receipts module was a little more flexible, in terms of setting up standard pages to input data.

No more sneaker net with excel worksheets.

Intacct's features and tools are the perfect blend of high end functionality with end user experience.

My suggestions are minor, like improved smart phone (which I know most other folks will never user).

As a company who implements business systems, we love how easy Intacct is to implement and how fast companies see a return on their investment compared to other applications.

I would definitely recommend this application to others. When considering Intacct, please consider that the best-in-class approach pays huge dividends in support, ease of use, and speed of product development.
Cloud Based ERP system
What do you like best about the product?
Drill down capabilities, cloud based, user friendly, dimension and integrations, customization reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Intacct's support team is not always fast and their engineers can take a long time to receive an answer from. Price can get expensive fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting and creating multiple dashboards; helping make the audit process go smoother and faster
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great if you don't need a solution for payroll and if you don't have inventory to keep track of. If you are moving from Quickbooks this is an easier transition, as Intact hired some of the past Quickbook developers when creating Intacct.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it gives me an error report when something doesn't match.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that there are not information buttons to guide you along the way. I have to have an external chart to keep track of the accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Expense reporting - we were doing paper and pencil before this saves us lots of paperwork.

Once your staff learn the system it is great and allows processing time to happen quicker.
