Complicated product, mediocre customer service
What do you like best about the product?
The price point is much more affordable than Netsuite. Intacct integrates with most other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our customer service rep is very rude and unhelpful. Intacct is not very user friendly and not intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Intacct for our monthly close process and financial reporting. We have multiple entities which Intacct solves for.
For Accounting and Finance, this is the software for your organization needs!
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very easy to use! Sage Intacct excels in general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, cash management, and order entry. It automates routine tasks, reducing manual effort and human error.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its depth is best suited for mid-sized to larger organizations, and may be overkill for small companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform offers real-time reporting, customizable dashboards, and drill-down capabilities. Finance teams can gain deep insights into financial performance without relying on Excel or external tools.
Sage Tool is a GREAT Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
We've moved to using Sage Intacct and it is saving our organization many hours because of its ease of use. I am so glad we are now using this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit of a transition from a homegrown system, but this might just take some time to get used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of communication and descriptions for various account transactions. Additionally, Sage is helping us post real time transactions throughout the month to have a more up-to-date accounting package.
Smooth Start with a Promising Platform
What do you like best about the product?
We’re just getting started with Sage Intacct, but so far, the implementation process has been smooth and well-supported. First impressions are strong — the interface is intuitive, and navigation feels user-friendly. It’s already clear how this will help streamline reporting and improve visibility.
What do you dislike about the product?
No real complaints yet, but like with any new system, there’s a bit of a learning curve when it comes to customizing dashboards and finding the most efficient workflows. I’m confident that’ll improve as we dig in deeper.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While my primary use is limited to approving purchase orders submitted by my team, Sage Intacct has made that process incredibly easy. The interface is clear, approvals are quick, and I can access the information I need without digging around. It’s streamlined and efficient — exactly what I need to stay out of the weeds but still keep things moving.
Intuitive, customizable and finance ERP - must have for finance teams
What do you like best about the product?
From an FP&A (financial planning & analysis) capacity, I have been using Intacct for a few years as my company implemented it after conducting a few tack on acquisitions. Transitioning off of Quickbooks and onto Intacct has streamlined Financial Reporting. The interface is intuitive, and it is easy to build customized reports and extract the information needed. I use Intacct virtually everyday and the ability to plug in additional tools such as Velixo to automate our monthly financial reporting within Excel has also streamlined and automated manual tasks to allow more time for analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only suggestion for a product enhancement would be to make columns sortable when drilling down into the GL.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct is allowing us to integrate multiple acquisitions all onto one finance platform within our tech stack. It provides uniformity for our business as we scale and allows the ability to extract value from our acquisitions. The interface is easy to navigate, even as a non-accountant, so I can help drive value from complex business problems using financial and operational data.
So much easier then the original program we used

Nothing really. The only this i can say is you have to wait on someone to be able to edit the documeny

Time. It is so much easier and way quicker then using Adobe.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and helpful features; connectivity to other softwares.
What do you dislike about the product?
More suitable to a smaller organizations in my opinion.

We do all of our accounting and reporting out of Intacct.
Experience has been good, some things need to be improved like the update page.
What do you like best about the product?
Friendly user interface, easy to navigate, customer support has been great, use it on daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to edit payments, logs off quickly due to no activity. I have bookmarked the Sage Intacct page, but when the site goes under maintenance, unable to access the link, need to start from scratch, needs to give more customization features on reports.

Easy to track payables and receivables aiding in efficient cash-flow.
Excellent Software
What do you like best about the product?
Ai integration has helped AP and purchasing times improve. The structure of journal entries and import feature through excel files improve workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the AI does not code invoices or POs correctly and the learner does not improve the accuracy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mass of data entry and invoicing coming in from emails, the AI integration for AP has helped us consolidate the data and improve coding speeds.

What I don't like about Sage Intacct is that the user interface can feel a bit dated and unintuitive at times, especially for new users who are still learning the system. Some processes require multiple steps that could be streamlined, and certain customizations or reports can be difficult to set up without technical assistance. Additionally, while the system is powerful, the learning curve can be steep, and the help documentation isn’t always as clear or comprehensive as it could be. These factors can slow down onboarding and day-to-day use for teams not already familiar with the platform.

Sage Intacct is solving several key problems related to financial management, especially around inefficiencies, lack of visibility, and manual processes. It helps eliminate time-consuming tasks like data entry and spreadsheet-based reporting by automating core accounting functions such as accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger. One of the biggest benefits is real-time visibility into financial data through customizable dashboards and reports, which makes it easier to track performance, manage budgets, and make informed decisions quickly. It also supports multi-entity and multi-currency consolidation, which is a huge plus for organizations operating in different regions. Overall, Sage Intacct is helping streamline workflows, reduce errors, and improve accuracy, saving both time and money.
