Business Made Easy
What do you like best about the product?
I love the upload function for large journal entries or A/R invoice transactions

The error emails tend to be confusing to follow/correct

Very efficient data reporting. Quick and detailed
Intacct has been a great upgrade from QuickBooks, but still falls short on some essential components
What do you like best about the product?
I work for a Family Office and Sage Intacct has saved so much time just being able to switch between all of the entities I work in on a daily basis. The reporting has also saved so much time in running consolidated financials withing certain groupings that I had to do manually before. As we have many entities that have different approvals for invoices, Intacct has streamlined the process so invoices aren't slipping through the cracks!
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately Sage Intacct still hasn't made it to the 21st century by only allowing checking, savings and credit cards accounts for cash management. There are Muni accounts, brokerage accounts, etc. This has been a real disappointment as I had to set them in their forced module and it's really lacking on the reporting as a result. Finally, it is just amazing that Sage hasn't brokered agreements to work with all the major banks at least here in the United States. This has been a real disappointment as I was looking forward to making our monthly reconciliations go much faster and smoother.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Much better financial reporting and a stream lined approval process for accounts payables.

What do you like best about the product?
The automation and real time reporting is a great benefit. Manual entry is greatly reduced, implementation was not as bad as I thought it was going to be.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features have a learning curve and sometimes small workarounds are required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the integration with other software to allow us to produce our monthly billing a lot quicker and more accurate.

Reliable cloud accounting solution that scales with growth
What do you like best about the product?
What I really like about Sage Intacct is that it takes a lot of the heavy lifting out of managing our financial processes. Things that used to take hours—like generating reports or handling payables—are now mostly automated, which has freed up a lot of time for our team to focus on analysis instead of data entry. The accounts payable automation, in particular, has been a game-changer for us. I also really appreciate how the dashboards are customizable. I’ve set mine up to highlight the KPIs and trends that matter most to our team, and it’s helped us spot issues or opportunities much faster than before. Since it’s cloud-based, it’s easy to log in from anywhere, which has made collaboration with other departments way smoother—especially with some of us working remotely or across different locations. It’s not just a tool we use—it’s become part of how we operate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like with any robust system, there’s a learning curve. Some of the modules can feel a bit complex at first, especially if you’re coming from simpler tools like QuickBooks. Also, occasional lags or syncing delays have happened, but they’re rare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Sage Intacct, we were struggling with manual data entry, reconciling data across different spreadsheets, and limited reporting capabilities. Intacct has centralized everything—now we have accurate, real-time financial data, better audit trails, and more reliable forecasting. It’s helped us streamline accounting and focus more on strategic planning rather than just data crunching.
Easy to use and effective
What do you like best about the product?
We are able to accomplish our accounting needs with the use of Sage Intacct. It is relatively straight forward to use and the user interface is simple to understand. It has been easy to integrate into our financial systems and processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting and dashboard capabilities in Sage Intacct are more limited. Building reports is not intuitive and takes a lot of complex understanding and trial and error. It is not a very straight forward process to obtain a desired result. There are many data fields that are not labeled distinctly enough to understand easily what information is being pulled. Dashboards and visualizations offer limited customization. Colors for graphs are not customizable, dynamic custom date ranges and filters are not available, and limited formatting options exist.

Sage Intacct provides a platform for all of our core accounting processes to be completed efficiently and accurately

With easy customization, real time access to key business data, and smooth integration with other system, Sage intacct simplifies daily tasks while preparing you for long terms success. its a smart choice for any business that wants to be ready for the future from day one.

I have no complaints about Sage Intacct. Its a great option for companies looking for a cloud based solution that can mange different parts of their business in one place.

Sage Intacct has helped our business grow and succeed. Its made our processes more efficient and helped us stay ahead of the competition.

As a new employee, it has been fairly easy to navigate and learn compared to some other user interfaces. Implementation and integration have been smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was an easier way to create custom reports.
