It made our accounting cleaner and faster
What do you like best about the product?
The customizable dashboards and real-time reporting are incredibly helpful for making quick, informed decisions. I also like how dimensions let us slice data without needing a ton of different accounts.

What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface feels dated and not intuitive. It can take new users a while to get comfortable, and some features are buried and hard to find.

Sage Intacct has been a game-changer for our accounting operations, offering an impressive combination of ease of use, user-friendliness, and powerful features. The intuitive interface makes navigating the system simple, even for those new to the platform, while its extensive functionality—ranging from multi-entity consolidation to automated workflows—has helped streamline our processes and improve efficiency. What sets Sage Intacct apart is not just its robust feature set, but also its exceptional customer service; the support team is always responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to help. From seamless integrations with tools like Salesforce to real-time financial visibility, Sage Intacct has exceeded our expectations and significantly enhanced how we manage our financials.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Sage Intacct has greatly improved our financial operations with its ease of use, user-friendly interface, and rich set of features, there are a few areas where it could improve. The initial setup and customization can be a bit complex and may require assistance from a consultant or support, especially for companies with more intricate accounting needs. Additionally, while the reporting capabilities are powerful, creating highly customized reports can involve a bit of a learning curve. That said, these are relatively minor trade-offs considering the overall value and functionality the platform provides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct is solving several key problems for our organization, particularly around financial visibility, efficiency, and scalability. Before switching, we struggled with manual processes, limited reporting capabilities, and managing financials across multiple entities. Sage Intacct has addressed these challenges by automating many routine accounting tasks—such as approvals, journal entries, and consolidations—which has significantly reduced errors and saved time. The multi-entity and multi-currency support has made it much easier to manage our growing operations globally. Most importantly, the real-time reporting and customizable dashboards give us immediate insight into our financial performance, enabling better, faster decision-making. Overall, Sage Intacct has improved our accuracy, efficiency, and ability to scale, which has had a direct positive impact on our business operations.
Installed Sage Intacct 2019, best solution worked with in the 35 years of using Accounting Systems.
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct has allowed us to streamline almost every account process we had to do in other software systems. It has eliminated the need for paper and filing cabinets: automated Company credit card systems, ACH Payments, and Automated Budgeting through integration with Martus. During COVID, we would not have all been able to work remotely in Finance without Sage Intacct. The bank reconciliation process is complete within 5 days of the month's close. We create a robust Purchase Order process with multiple levels of approvals. As the CFO & COO of Intentional Life Media dba Family Life Radio & Intentional Living, I would recommend Sage Intacct to anyone struggling with an outdated accounting solution.

I reaaly do not have any issues with the functionality of Sage Intacct.

I currently do not have any problems that Sage Intacct needs to solve for our organizations.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy extraction of reports and user friendly custom reports generation makes it easy for businesses to analyze their results in more effective manner. Along with facility to capture different dimensions while recording entries.
What do you dislike about the product?
Generation of GL tabular report which is not a standard feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It fulfills needs and requirments for my client business which is cost friendly too and has lot of advance features that makes management reporting easier.
Best Accounting Software for NPO
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intaact offers very good accounting features. One of the best things about it is how user-friendly the interface is—within some time you will get use to it. Easy to use and easy to remember. Easily Integrate with other software's. Customer support is good and reachable. As a daily users I have good command on this software.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creating reports in Sage Intacct is bit difficult. Customization is bit different and lengthy process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing Inventory is easy in Sage Intaact earlier we are facing related to this, after using sage intacct its solved. Along with this working on multiple intern units or subsidiaries Sage is helpful. There is no need to switch in to multiple entities. You can easily work from one place without switching to other places. Multi entity accounting is easy with this and easily consolidate the financials.
Very good system but do experience a few issues
What do you like best about the product?
It's extremely user friendly navigating around the different modules. The reporting functions are very good being able to build your own reports is very useful. How easily integrated with other software is also a huge positive for our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few work arounds which makes processes longer then they need to be like having to post a supplier or customer refund as an adjustment, rather then direct to their account.
I also find when looking at payment/ invoice allocations, it's not very clear to see at all. Having to navigate to different screens to make sense of what invoice has been allocated to which payment.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The time it has saved us is immeasurable making day to day processes much more streamlined and efficient. It's helped us move away from clunky manual reporting to easy to use, detailed and fast reporting.

There are plenty of guideline/turorials if help is needed.

Can feel/look a little cluttered and not very well organised.

Sage Intacct is very easy to use and has a number of features that make processing accounts faster than previous systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
System struggles to pull large files e.g. 300k lines excel reports and struggle with having to reconnect our banking feed quite often which once reconnected it takes a few hours to pull the transactions.

Solving issues with relevant reporting option which benefits our buisness

I like how everything is labeled and easy to navigate.

Trying to understand the error codes and having to use youtube videos to learn a lot of features.
