It has all of our accounting needs in one convenient place.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of access to any department. Customer support is readily available.

It can be difficult navigating from one section to another.

keeping our accounting in one software has helped us keep our control costs down.
Very user friendly and easy to master.
What do you like best about the product?
Sage Intacct's functionality covers from creation of transactions to posting of every subledger transactions to their respective journals, up to the reflection in the reports. The data is very easy to retrieve and you can customize through "slice and dice" the reports that suits your needs. The way the applications and modules are sorted and presented in the UI are very easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the only downsides is that the error prompts of system limitations are not detailed enough for an administrator to easily go to the root of the issue. But Intacct's customer and partner support are very helpful in getting issues fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sage Intacct helps our clients simplify their accounting processes through real-time posting to respective subledgers which are then flowed up to the general ledger and then the reports.
Good App to work as an accountant

The speed with which I can manage my records.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface could be a little friendlier.

The need of work in different companies in just one app

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ease of use in making journal entries and clarity within the audit trail.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that within journal entries that we could see all the line items on one page. Also, since it is something that is used at least once a week, I wish for it to be easier to see multiple selected departments instead of just one in the general ledger.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We currently are not experiencing any problems, per se. It simply has been very useful for us as an accounting software.
Intacct has proven to be a very helpful resource for our Accounting team.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it clearly defines each area of Accounting clearly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be most helpful if we were able to see more than 50 transactions on one page.

I am personally not experiencing any specific problems.

All individual functions are interlinked with each other

I can't easily download reports, and the few that can be downloaded have a data distribution that is almost impossible to understand.

It has made it much easier for me to upload my banking information

What do you dislike about the product?
Accounts Receivable (AR) functionality leaves room for improvement. We currently rely on an outside POS system, and Intacct does not allow us to attach PDFs directly to invoices and send them to customers. As a result, much of our AR follow-up has to be handled outside the platform, which creates extra steps in the process.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can view a purchase invoice in seconds and the payment process is mega easy
What do you dislike about the product?
You sometimes need to click through more buttons than would be necessary to get to where you want to be
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Viewing PDF's of purchase invoices. Our previous system didn't have this feature and it's a simple gamechanger
Straightforward Budget Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
I love the budget tracking. It's holding my crew / employees accountable for spending.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like it to allow more users without additional fees - especially for basic access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing us to track our budgets in-depth and in real time.
