Best MFA Solution on the Market!
What do you like best about the product?
The push MFA capability on your phone or watch is great compared to using a token or sms verification. Duo Restore is also a serious time saver when you get a new mobile device and need to transfer all of your MFA tokens to that device. The ability to selectively enforce MFA based on location or other criteria is also loved by our end users. The admin console gives you great insight into the devices connecting to your network, OS versions, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
We tried using the Duo Access Gateway as more of a SSO solution and it's ok but doesn't compare to other leading SSO solutions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MFA across all enterprise accounts. This is eliminated much of the risk around credential phishing and account compromise.
Extremely easy to use with multiple ways to connect
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use. I can use my mobile phone to get access to my VPN two different ways. Using DUO allows you to push to your mobile phone to confirm. It also creates added security with its protection alongside Microsoft products.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to get started in understanding how to use it. Your organization should do training when rolling out the software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting to our network remotely and easily. Not having to drop tokens every time. Now I only need to hit a button to approve. Other products don't secure against programs that associates commonly use. In this case - it really helps us stay secure with Microsoft products

The app is free and it allows you to have various methods of contact when it comes to getting a hold of you
What do you dislike about the product?
Hard to work with when you first download it into a new phone or tablet. Setting it up correctly can be a little frustrating
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While it solves the problem of security and avoiding any unknown log in into the network, it can also be a little of a hassle. Duo Security provides a safe and "simple" way to access into our PeopleSoft software when outside of the university's network. This prevents theft, and any other risk items.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It can be a little confusing and hard to set up especially after switching phones. Make sure to contact your company's IT support so they can guide you to change settings.

What do you like best about the product?
It reduces security & compliance risk, It is effective, scalable security that is easy to use, easy to deploy and easy to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every time to pick up the phone and approve the incoming Duo message. Sometime (very very rarely) I do not get the approval message on the phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do not solve any problems but I do use the Duo security to login to my systems - Multi-Factor Authentication
An Easy Solution to Implement Enterprise-Level 2FA
What do you like best about the product?
This is a 2FA solution that just works! It offers multiple ways to authenticate, including text and phone calls. However, I have found it easiest to receive a push notification to my device. This lets me get through verification in less than 5 seconds. It doesn't get much easier than that!
After continuing usage for a few year since original implementation, it's continued to provide a consistent, reliable method of securely signing into my work accounts.

What do you dislike about the product?
As with the implementation of any 2FA program at an enterprise level, there will be some users who will find the process foreign and time-consuming. Additionally, individuals who do not have texting or smart devices might find the phone verification cumbersome. However, once they build it into their workflow, it will become second nature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving data security and authentication for institutional accounts. Used as 2FA verification across all single-sign-on applications, making it harder for secure data to be compromised.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
From my experience, this is about as good as it gets! After getting over the learning curve, I have had nothing but positive experiences.
Good security measures
What do you like best about the product?
I like the push code option because it's much easier than having to type in the pass code. The notification pops up at the top of your phone screen and you simply tap "more options" and "approve". Super fast and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there was a way to approve the push code without having to sign into your phone or click the "more options" button. It's easier to just click things once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving problems with multifactor logging in! It helps bypass any flaws in the login process and protects user and organization safety.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the push code option! It's faster and easier than the pass code option.
Has a good purpose but annoying to use
What do you like best about the product?
There are three different ways to verify your number: a push notification, a code generator, or a call. It's a great program if you need multiple ways of authentication, as it's very simple and use to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you don't have your phone on you, it's impossible to log in to an account. Also, the maximum number of days you can stay logged into an account is for 7.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to ensure no one can access my account at the university because I need to verify it through my cell phone.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The push-notification on the iPhone is the easiest way to get authenticated.

Sometimes locks the Microsoft office other than that no issue

Great way of securing logins
What do you like best about the product?
Due works seamlessly with our work login system to ensure two step authorization to log in to our accounts. The app works extremely quickly and also has back up codes if for some reason the linking isn't working.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no found any negatives with duo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has certainly made our login system a lot more secure. Facial recognition is required on phones that are capable of it, and these are needed to login on a computer.
