Duo Makes Security Convenient and Simple. With Just The Tap of A Button, You Are Authenticated!
What do you like best about the product?
Duo makes it so easy to log in to the systems I need to use it with. With just a tap, I am authenticated and logged in! With just a tap, you can generate passcodes right from the convenience of your cell phone! I love that I can have piece of mind, just by quickly opening an app and tapping the button when I log in! I have used authenticators in the past that were not so easy and you surely could not use it from your personal cell pone for work purposes. But now that we use DUO at work, it is so much easier than jobs before, when it comes to safety and passcodes. DUO authenticator is the best app I have ever had the pleasure of using at work!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are absolutely NO downsides to using DUO! How can you not love it! It is so simple and easy to use! The ONLY thing I dislike is not anyone's fault but my own. I hate when I leave my phone in another room ad I am in my office about to log in and realize that I do not have my phone with me and have to run to where I left it to tap the button to authenticate. But that is my own forgetfulness lol. But I seriously recommend anyone who needs an authenticator to try out DUO! Just give it a shot! You will absolutely LOVE IT!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to add an extra layer of security to our work. I use it every single day, and it actually makes me feel like my work is more secure when I tap that button to authenticate. It is great! I have been using DUO every day since starting this job and it is fantastic!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it out! It is absolutely the easiest way to authenticate, with just a tap on your phone you can quickly authenticate or get a passcode right from your cell phone!

Sometimes it can be inconvenient to have to use a separate device to log in to my remote desktop

Easy, safe, and secure login to remote desktop
Easy and secure two-step verification
What do you like best about the product?
Easy way to enforce two-step verification on any device. You can choose to receive a phone call, text message, or push notification. You also have the option of maintaining your secure connection for 24 hours, so that if you log out, you have the option to log back in without doing the two-step verification process again.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about this software. It is super user friendly and secure at the same time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working remotely presents an increased security risk, and Duo Security is a great solution for that.
The best authentication methods are invisible
What do you like best about the product?
In my opinion the best authentication methods are invisible, they do their job and get out of the way and if it's done right the impact of the user base is so small but you often forget they're there until you have to hit the single button push notification to sign in, one and done then they go right into the background until they are needed again.
Duo dual Factor security is like that, and it has options to be more visible you can use a authenticator style access with a code oh, you can have it call you and enter in a time-limited number string for access, but bar none those push notifications are done so well that you get used to reaching over unlocking your personal mobile device and granting yourself access with minimal impact but maximum confidence in the security it provides.
Administrating it is a breeze, from managing licenses to granting new users access, I would highly suggest using bulk enrollment even on a single user basis as it's two simple pieces of information vs filling out a user profile, or manually having to set up a device in the system for access.

What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you can't sat or maybe you can easily set a custom time out for the access, we use this on a lot of multiple RDP session down jump boxes where you might have to deal with environment specific password rules which add extra time in the case of having to do a password change along with dual-factor access, so sometimes you will time out. It's more of a pet peeve though and less of an issue overall, the product works seamlessly there would be more to dislike if it didn't.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All of our authenticated access we have multiple customer vrs which require two-factor authentication on connection, we have business partners with their own engineering teams and managing them and Duo is infinitely simpler then having two managed access with issuing and reissuing and replacing and distribution of RSA tokens, this was a massive chore and undertaking in an Enterprise 10 years ago and I wish I had had Duo then.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend it highly, after administrating it for 5 years I can say that other solutions I've touched are not as simple and easy, Duo does what it does and gets out of the way.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple to use. Easy to install. Easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really have nothing negative to say about this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remote access to servers. For the installations we have, we use push notification. Login to VPN client with simple easy to remember passcode, then type push for secondary authentication - sends to Duo App where I can approve/decline the authentication request.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is simple and gets the job done swiftly. As soon as I click to send the push notification to me, it arrives in the blink of an eye and I am able to securely log in to my work account. It also offers to call to verify as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have found nothing to dislike as I have never had an issue with Duo.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to securely log into my work account on my personal computer.
Great, very secure 2-factor authenticator
What do you like best about the product?
Duo is very secure but at the same time easy to setup and use. I like that unlike with a random other system, my company's IT still has control over the login and can help me if I lose my credentials.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Duo sends two login prompts at once, making me confirm my login twice. I think this is a bug but it hasn't been fixed in the past months.

Thanks to Duo mobile my confidential work data remains safe and secure.
A bit annoying sometimes, generally fine
What do you like best about the product?
As we have valuable data on our company database, our IT team deployed Duo two factor authentication for logging in to systems. Push notification two factor auth. is so fast sometimes i think does it needs to be connected to internet. Also its duo dongle is useful when i do not have access to my phone. I keep it with my keys.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am sure it secures our systems but sometimes it is not sending me notifications when i try to login.

I use it for logging into Nation Farm’s databases.
Quick and Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Duo is very easy to use. I like that I can validate using my phone, or apple watch to approve a login attempt, I like that I can (for some systems) remain logged in for 90 days, and I like that you can use it offline. That feature has been a life-saver on many a flight when the in-flight wifi was down. You can also have them call your phone, if you don't have cellular data turned on to enable push notifications, and then mash a few keys. Basically, the fact that there are 3 ways to authenticate and all take less than 30 seconds (and 2/3 take literally 2 seconds) is great. I've also never had any kind of issue with it, either when I used it as student, or later in the workforce at different companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any real complaints - it did take me a little while to figure out how to find the "enter a code" feature but that was because I never did any kind of education or read any setup recommendations. It's still front and center in the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's made it quick and easy to use two-factor authentication. As a user, I hate security measures which inconvenience me, and this makes the process as painless as possible.

Duo Security Review
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can send push notifications for a phone or even my Apple Watch. It keeps the process moving much faster than having to submit a code via text.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the login period was longer. I often times forget to check the box that will keep me logged in for 8 hours, so I wish there was more of a default setting for that reason.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to use Duo to log into the ATS system we use, Microsoft Sharepoint and our Outlook. It is able to approve all 3 tools with only one sign-on. That part has been a small time saver, but just so convenient.

Opt for the Single Sign On option, too. It is a lifesaver!
