The security that Duo Security has given us
What do you like best about the product?
Duo Security is a modern and intuitive tool with a very easy-to-use interface. Duo has made it easy for our company to use 2FA in several of our services, such as logging in securely, in addition to easily integrating with other services or third-party applications. Not to mention that you have a free plan where you can manage up to 10 users and other plans with excellent prices for companies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Duo Security has worked very well for a long time and has been able to cover our needs and we can only mention a small detail that can be taken into account, such as the irregularity of automatic notifications if the user does not have a good reception on the cell phone. For the rest, we do not have any negative aspect to mention, it is a good security program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us to provide greater security to our users and customers of remote assistance with the 2FA for the start of session in a secure way, it can be easily installed in iSO or Android devices which helps us to cover a wide variety of users. They can be authenticated through push notifications, phone calls or text messages. And he offers us prices in all his plans.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We believe that we have nothing to recommend, it is a complete, efficient, easy, modern program to use, install and manage, complies with everything it promises and a program that we recommend satisfactorily.
Easy to use, fast and painless to use
What do you like best about the product?
I love the push notification feature in order to get a notification pop up on your phone almost instantly. The product works very fast, is well designed, and better than other security two-factor authentication that I have used.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything that I dislike about this product.

What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to authenticate with the push notification to my iPhone or Apple Watch
What do you dislike about the product?
That my other software tools aren't as easy to use as Duo Security. Seriously, I have no complaints. It makes my working life so much better, especially when I'm traveling for work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Securely accessing our tech stack via Okta and our customer database

Get Duo.
DUO authentication for MFA...it just works
What do you like best about the product?
Once a user has completed setup of DUO, using it for authentication to secured sites is easy and straightforward. The multitude of authentication methods available through the service ensures that even the most finicky of users will have a method they are happy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial setup can be on the complicated side for end-users. It's possible that our own implementation of the product has led to some of the setup difficulties we see for users, but setup still seems more cumbersome than other MFA authentication products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use DUO to provide MFA services for a wide range of secured sites and platforms.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
DUO is a reliable and effective MFA solution. I've personally used others in previous positions, and DUP proves to be far easier to use daily for end-users.

Duo is very quick and secure. The app is easy to use and runs quickly. I have not encountered any bugs
What do you dislike about the product?
To me, It is not intuitive that the screen to approve a push notification is not the initial screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Duo Security provides an easy way to use two-factor authentication when logging into secure work platforms.

I like how it automatically gives me a push notification to accept the connection.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike how I have to redo it every time connection is lost, if they can have a remember me like function that would be great
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to connect to the computer in my lab without physically being there, saved me the time and allowed me to access things when I needed at the moment

Make sure you download the app instead of using the pin it makes it much easier to gain access

How it breaks every Tuesday morning and does not send me a push.

The issue of security. It is amazing at preventing unauthorized access.

Getting onto secure intranet from home
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use with cell phone by simply pushing a button (yes or no). It performs the function of multi factor authentication without having to use a physical vpn token to generate codes that you have them manually put into the website first l.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish it would remember me for a set period of time so I didn’t have to use it each time in login to the intranet from home in a given day.

Enables me to log into my Citrix farm remotely

It serves its purpose and is easy to use. It also has different options to keep information private.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like the app as it is, I don't use it unless I need to log into my accounts.

We use it to get into out accounts at work, it helps us keep our client's information safe

Best Security App Ever
What do you like best about the product?
I like best that I have to sign in every single time I need to check my work email & I have to have a verification code sent to me via text. It’s a secure way to keep my information private & protect private information in my secured email safe.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it is a pain to sign in every single time, I understand it’s importance. It would be convenient to have like a PIN number or Face ID setup on my iphone
