Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
It's was to use. PDF filler is user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could change the location of saved files. Everything saves to downloads even when I choose desktop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to neatly complete forms and send them electronically. Much better than filling in by hand.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that you can upload any document and make the necessary changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that you sometimes it freezes and doesn't allow you to upload quickly.

I have not had many problems . I enjoy I can easily stamp a signature on forms and send them out quickly.

It helps a lot to fill out the PDF docs and file online. It’s fast, efficient and easy to make changes as needed.

How easy the software is to use and its ability to connect with other apps/software

I fell like it takes a lot of clicks to get things done. Some pages are also slow to load.

Automation. We used it along with Zapier and 123Forms to create a prefilled document from a filled form.

PDFfiller is not like any other program to work with pdf. With this program you will be able to:
1.- You can create pdf files from other text documents or image documents
2.- It has a built-in word processor, with which you can add texts without any problem.
3.- You can add images, delete lines, underline words, add arrows and many other things, which is a very good thing especially when, like me, you should correct some documents that you send in pdf.
4.- The program allows you to integrate it with some cloud systems such as box, dropbox, drive. What makes it easier to edit the documents without wasting time downloading them to your pc and then uploading them to the PDFfiller platform.

So far, the only unfavorable thing is that sometimes the platform takes too long when you want to add a file to be able to edit it, with which you lose a lot of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my case, I use it mainly to correct documents sent to me by some students and some patients, and with this program I can make corrections and annotations in the documents without the need to change its format to word, which usually leads to some misconfigurations of pages, double jumps, and words cut. So PDFfiller is a wonderful tool for me since I can do everything I need, directly in my cloud and without using other tools than pdffiller.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for an online PDF editor that allows you to edit some files, create watermarks, annotate your files, highlight phrases and some other things, I think it's worth trying PDFfiller.
I know that maybe it is not the best pdf file editor, but if you are looking for something simple, without big pretense and that it complies with what it promises, it seems to me that this platform is for you and you will not be disappointed.
*I warn you that if you must have patience, because sometimes the page seems to be saturated and it takes a long time to upload a file for editing.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease in completing the forms, the ease in re-locating the form is need be, able to store signatures from officers of the company
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really a "Dislike" just challenging to adjust the fonts to fit in some of the small areas allotted for phone numbers and with the ( ) sometimes challenging to get the numbers to fit properly

Ease and time saving in completing credit applications and other business forms
Recommendations to others considering the product:
this is a time saver if you have several business forms to be completed. It's easy to use and great for referencing if you need to re-visit the form to tweek.

Nothing except that when I print a doc, the Print button is at the bottom of window and I can't move it up so I have to click the very tip of the box that says print. - This could be my computer problem too but is weird and that just started about 6 months ago.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the chat help desk. I liken having a person I can chat with without a long delay. I really do not like have a charter limit on my response, I really do not have that much to say, therefore you get fluff.

not being able to locate the forms needed at times. Sometimes hen I attempt to use the form, I do not know the form number and it causes a delay. I do not like having a 40 Character limit for the questions. I really do not have that much to say

I would recommend this product ,because it allows my agency to provide the client with the information needed. I really do not have any additional information to supply.
