LOVE
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use. Super helpful. I have to complete so many forms this is an amazing addition so I dont have to hand write everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the price, but even that isn't bad. So nothing at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like mentioned above, I often have so many forms I need to fill out. I love being able to just write and fill in the things I need. To make them look very clean and professional.
Inexpensive alternative to Docusign
What do you like best about the product?
Assigning the fields that need a signature or a date are easy to do and importing our form to use is easy. I like that it is online so I can log in from anywhere to send a document. I like that it is secure.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inbox and documents folder are confusing to maintain and when resending a document it doesn't resend the original custom message but whatever was the last one sent. That's a problem when using this for multiple providers. I couldn't find a way to set up folders to store documents in by document type. Some patients have said it was difficult to figure out how to sign it from their phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to send a document electronically saves the patient from needing a printer to print out the document and then a way to scan the document to email back to us or fax it back to us. The benefit is we get more documents back and faster than before.
PDFfiller utilization
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use but mostly the price point.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the sort function, it would great if once added to a folder it taken of the document listing. Wish the program integrated with Smartsheets. We previously used a program that would attach completed forms to users line in our Smartsheet database.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most importantly a way to collect documents from our organization at a great price point.

I HAVE BEEN USING THIS APPLICATION FOR 2 YEARS AND IT IS THE BEST I HAVE FOUND TO EDIT MY DOCUMENTS, SO I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT FOR HOW EASY IT IS TO USE. WORKING WITH IT, THE DOCUMENTS TURN OUT GREAT AND WITHOUT PROBLEMS WHEN SAVING THE DOCUMENTS, AND WHEN I CAN'T FIND ONE, THEY ARE SAVED AUTOMATICALLY.

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature is that you can use the check and cross marks easily!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that there isnt a hand-free drawing feature. I wish I could draw lines and curves on top of some pictures, for example!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to grade my students papers in Pdf. It is easier to attach hand written exercises to pdf, and then go directly to pdffiller.
Great alternative to DocuSign
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to send a link via email or text to allow a client to sign a document makes things a breeze! I also like having an "encrypted" folder that's password protected for my access only.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really that I currently dislike about the online software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have access to Law documents vs. having to google something for a layout where I can save it & populate the information I need from my data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking for a very affordable alternative to DocuSign or any other "Send to Sign" type of software, this one takes the cake!

It is user friendly, very easy to navigate and to find the features I need regularly such as text and erase

Nothing that stands out. Again I use it every day and it has greatly reduced time spent on admin work

I have many forms sent to me (employee evaluations, intern evaluations) that are in pdf and pdf filler has been an affordable way to turn those forms around quickly

It's worth the investment
Although it is helpful, it is pricey and difficult to login with multiple devices.

The tools are easy to find in PDF filler.

It is sometimes difficult to execute certain tasks when the pre-highlighted boxes appear.

I have learned how to use it better, which has negated some of the issues. It is a helpful tool for a job that requires me to fill out many PDF documents.

I have used it for filling official forms and I am satisfied.

I love that you can store your signature in the program. Also much more professional look over using a pen to fill forms.

The extra level of security when logging in slows you down a little. Its probably actually a good thing as your forms are stored in the system

When companies email me a form that needs to be filled out and returned, pdfFiller makes it so much quicker, easier and more professional
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have tried to figure out ways to fill pdfs without signing on to this system, it was a foolish waste of time. I am not the type of person that signs on to programs like this, I always felt like they were scams. I am so very happy with this program, I wish that I had signed up for this much sooner. I am not even using all of the features of this program and Its totally worth every cent!
