monday.com integration steps
Please provide the document to integrate the monday.com as SAAS solution. The documentation is missing in marketplace. Please provide ASAP.

Monday.com brief experience
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is colorful, visually appealing and also have a lot of learning materials
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it has lesser automation unlike other project management tool. also price is expensive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us solve all our daily activity / job orders we get from different stakeholders within our company.
Monday is a paradox - in some ways I want to give it a 10 and in other ways a 1
What do you like best about the product?
Monday can be incredibly useful, in some ways it lets you do a lot and it definitely saves our team time and streamlines some processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The support is absolutely awful. Every single time I try to speak to their live chat, I get passed between 3 separate teams before they tell me they cannot help and need to transfer the question to an email ticket. No one in their live chat support seems to be able to help with the most simple technical queries. It's an incredibly frustrating process.
Their automations are also incredibly limiting, you end up needing to create massive workarounds to do something that seems fairly standard.
It feels like everything we ever try to do, we hit blockers and things break, and we have to wait days and days to resolve the issue.

We use Monday as a CRM. It works in some ways but there are so many blockers that make it incredibly frustrating to use almost every day.
Challenging User Experience Trying to Get Started
What do you like best about the product?
Initially it looked like it might be a good solution. There was a demo on the website that made it look like a user friendly project management tool. It seems like it could be not bad for larger teams that can get used to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I struggled getting into it. During set up there seemed to be errors and I couldn't seem to get a basic project set up. It was fustrating as I was trying to find a useful tool for a client. When shopping and demoing software, one only has so much time and I would prefer a smoother entry to something. I was actually fairly annoyed after the demo seemed to show a completely different experience I couldnt access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were hoping to organize files and collaboration for projects like designing a website and some video projects. My client was looking for a file storage, and project collaboration too they were willing to subscribe to. We couldn't even get off the ground with Monday.com. It felt like they faked a good user experience with their little onsite demo. I was kind of annoyed honestly.

sales tracking of pipeline and activities helping our staff stay organized
Really struggling to see the ongoing benefit when hygiene usability is so poor.

So much flexibility, useful visuals and easy to get data into the system to get going
What do you dislike about the product?
Even as a pro user its hard/impossible to manage people access to specific workstreams (i have zero trust that this works) plus dashboards are buggy and regularly fail.

organisation of data that required consolidation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Understand what benefits you actually get from the different price tiers, you get little more capability for a lot more cost. Be aware that you cannot easily manage users without getting hammered for more cost or having to delete workspaces to prevent external people from seeing them.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can see the dashboard of all the areas associated to the app. It does give a lot of options to keep track of your tasks and offers notifications also.
What do you dislike about the product?
This program is more complex than what I was looking for. This may be a better option for someone trying to keep track of their team or company, not just individual tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was trying to find a simple calendar/task feature to keep track of all my work and deadlines. This program offers ways to keep track but seems like more work to learn how to use it than actually using it.
