Easy, intuitive, and agile
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is highly customizable. You can get it to do just about any workflow you have in mind. The automations and integrations make it a perfect place to collaborate across multiple departments while keeping everyone in the loop. The simiplicity of the platform makes for an intuitive user experience. The app is also phenomenal.
What do you dislike about the product?
Anything I have ever disliked about Monday.com was either user error or an update improved it. They are constantly adding new feature enhancements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows our teams to collaborate and communicate within one application. I can know if team members have read something or commented without the need to email or Slack them to ask. Monday.com saves us time with Slack integrations because I keep abreast of updates without constantly checking essential boards.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want a highly-customizable, project management solution, Monday.com is a great choice. The options for visualization, data integrations, and automation continue to improve and meet our needs.

Really Friendly Software!
What do you like best about the product?
It is a really friendly software that helps to organize all our projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
To much to learn due to all the features it got, but when you learn them all it is ok.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All our employees are on top of the projects with the same platform, so there is no miscommunication.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday is a fantastic platform for establishing and reviewing project steps and stages. The dashboard is very friendly. The FAQ and intro videos are definitely worth the time invested to maximize the potential of the site for coordination between colleagues, especially in the virtual space. It is easy to track productivity and post updates on projects. At our organization, we can sit down and clearly articulate all aspects of a project, and everyone leaves the meeting with real-time, consistent access to project steps and goals. This is especially helpful for a small to medium size company- several groups can operate on different dashboards to limit company-wide chatter. IT support is excellent, quickly resolving issues that come up.
What do you dislike about the product?
One critique is that projects as a whole are tricky to distinguish on a priority basis. I would like a flag feature that is more customizable or a home dashboard that is more button-style layout. Integrations between groups and boards take more maneuvering than is ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This platform is excellent for project planning, follow-through, and resolution. Remote communication is streamlined. Productivity has increased company-wide since engaging with this platform. Monday allows for micro and macro views on departments.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Customization/Variety of different columns to add to boards for specific projects or tasks for keeping track off.
2. Export filter options of columns selected/entire boards to Microsoft Excel for printing.
3. Filter views when trying to contrast tasks that are left to complete and tasks that have already been completed.
4. Totals up number of acres in each group as well as entire board to show how many acres total we have customed applied for farmers.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to integrate with Company internal software that so it automatically updates/creates certain groups & rows in a board once a work order has been created so that I don't have to put in manually. I may need to contact monday.com support team to see if that is a possiblity or not.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in Fertilizer Retail, which has helped my location's business keep track of who all we are Custom Applying Fertilizer and Chemical to Farmer's that we do business with. Some of my boards include Customer Names, Field Names, Acres, Type of Crop/Trait, Status on Application Order, Person who Last Updated, etc. This has helped immensley with who we have done business with the year prior so we can touch base and contact for continueing business. It has also helped with finding which Salesman has updated a certain board/group so if an issue arrises I can find who is responsible for that particular customer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Anyone who is looking for an Organizing Online Tool that they can use on their phone, iPad/Tablet, or Computer, this is the best one out there that I have known so far that isn't glitchy or lacks functionality; this is the Tool for you.
Monday is great for keeping orders organized. You are free to set it up exactly as you want.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can set up the production processes and progress, and each order is assigned an ID that makes it easy to find. I never miss incoming orders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday loads very slowly. Sometimes there are minor issues but they are fixed after waiting a couple minutes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our orders used to be unorganized on Gmail, and now we can have them all organized on Monday boards with all the information needed.

Start using it, made my job/life a whole lot easier. You can keep record of everything instead of relying on memory.

I like a lot the UX, how can I customize it to my needs and projects. I like all the options of the platform as notifications, weekly and day view, the feed; all are features that help our team to work remotely and get very well every task and it's process.
What I believe is better than other task management platform is how open it's and clear, so I can charge lots of information on the way I need and can communicate with my team individually on each task, so we don't need to use additional tools for communicating.

What do you dislike about the product?
I wold like if it could have a way of creating sub-tasks for each big task in an easy way; subitems doesn't work very well and this makes looking at the big picture and having in count every detail of the process of each task sometimes difficult and can affect the effency.
Also, I would love to be able to share a project view to my customer easily, I can't give them access with my plan and the wouldn't want to access anyway because they don't want to create an additional user, but sometimes the export to excel doesn't look as attractive as Monday and looses usabilities, makes me re-design the layout con excel which is extra time consuming.

2. Having a person view, week and day view: easy ways for the team to check their tasks individually.

It's very good but can be expensive, so depending on the team and needs you should check your priorities since getting additional features is only possible if you upgrade the plan

you can be organized and find any kind of doc in one place. Also, you can track tasks and deadlines for your team.

I will like to create a calendar as a view of a calendar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can track all my team tasks and responsibilities in only one place, including any document they need to send. The benefit I found is that I don't lose any important doc and don't have to remember the exact location I saved it. Also, we can track all the processes and updates of any task of any member of the team to see if they are on the right path.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday works like a spreadsheet but in the cloud. That makes it perfect for collaboration with team members and third parties (like my accountant). It prevents multiple versions of documents and mistakes. It is very user-friendly but still advanced. The UX is very friendly and it gives you the opportunity to build boards based on your needs. Also, the dashboard option is usefull to get a quick overview of all your data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The prices depend on the number of users. You pay the same for 1-5 users. That means that if I have five users and add one more, I have to pay for an additional five users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem I'm solving is to keep and manage all different projects for clients. I'm using templates to standardize the work processes to provide a consistent delivarabel. Also, we have to keep track of time spent on hour projects, and with time tracking, this is easy, without the need for an extra tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make a testing environment to get to know all the features. Because Monday launches new features regularly, it allows you to test without touching your current data.

Everything is integrated in a way that just makes sense. It's very intuitive, not clunky, and is easy for teams to customize to their needs and ways of working.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints so far. There was a slight learning curve, but I find that to be the case with any platform. There have been some glitches and outages lately so that is a bummer when it goes down for the whole team for hours at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With our team being entirely remote and having so many players, it was essential to have a single location for all of our project planning - Monday delivered in spades.
