Monday.com is flexible, easy to use and intuitive.
What do you like best about the product?
Different ways to visualize information. The structure makes it easy to keep track of tasks. You can teach someone to use the basics in a day, but there is a lot of depth in the tools and types of things you can do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are issues with automatizations. I have noticed lag sometimes when I make changes and takes a few noticeable seconds for other team members to see them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agendas for our meetings are set up on Monday. Makes it simple to keep notes and track assigned tasks.
We build projects on the tool and track their development.
I often make online forms and questionnaires for the team and providers and it feeds directly into what I need.

Best Organizing Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly and constant updates in features and layout.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no direct sync with SalesForce, you have to use a middleman tool to do so

Team organization is easily tackled with Monday and client communication is easier, if they don't have a license they can be invited as guests.

I like that we can use them for very different activities and areas of the organization, from payment authorization, recruitment processes, project management, internal communication boards, among others.

Best Project Management Tool in the World!
What do you like best about the product?
Simplity, intuitiveness, beautiful interface, social aspect and the dopamine high our team gets from collaboratively moving a project forward. Love the little 'ding' and turning to do items green!

There is really nothing to dislike other than asking for it to be free!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Executive reporting and insights, transparency, efficiency, better project management, improved work flow, improved communication, asset management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Monday.com has the ability to transform an organization and culture if adapted within an organization or department! I have now worked with it in three organizations and brought it into two organization marketing departments and cannot say enough about the product. Can work from small orgs up to multi billion $$$ M&A's!

Some features are still in Beta, but they are still very good.

Document storage, project tracking, and an increase in transparency in workload.

The ability to connect with your teammates quickly and efficiently. The ability to reference older conversations. The flexibility in how Monday.com is used. Subitems and checklists are also very helpful.

There are at times random crashes. There are also glitches with images not showing up.

Project management and communication, as well as Bill of Material (BOM) management and collaboration.

What do you like best about the product?
Hands down the UI. Everything is so sharp and vibrant. Not to mention you can have a llama farm.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, the way replies to messages within an assignment appear out of order chronologically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflow and deadlines mainly. We use Monday as our primary project management and scheduling tool.
I love(d) monday.com until just recently
What do you like best about the product?
My Work is the ultimate feature and I will be lost without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I now have to find an alternative to monday.com becuase despite being an early adopter (when it was called DaPulse) and paying two-years at a time for the subscription. My new subscription has increased by over 30%. I cannot justify the cost and need to find an alternative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a system to pull together all the task/project management systems we were using to manage client projects. When we saw how user friendly and easy monday.com was to use, we dispensed with all the other systems. I think the most important benefit is that junior team members no longer feel intimidated about assigning tasks to more senior team members. It empowered them.

The ability for teams to function fluidly without being in the same location.

Issues in previous review have been resolved.

Day to day issues and functions of the office are handled much more easily and the board allows all staff to always be on the same page.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
iPad / phone app on multiple devices does not update or refresh so very difficult to use mobile versions.
