A breeze to use and setup exactly how you need it to work for yourself
What do you like best about the product?
the ability to create and modify groups and sub categories within each list so it works exactly as you need for tracking purposes
What do you dislike about the product?
did lose a bit of data initally when not having the sub categories setup correctly when moving between groups but was more user error than program issue
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
been able to track all of our jobs from quoting to completion from multiple devices while also been able to uplaod documents for supervisors on site and them add photos directly to job files while on site

I went through several different systems before discovering Monday and wish I'd known about it so much earlier as it has saved so much time and double handling of information

Organization skills and also task assigning have been elementary

Great for time management and project management tasks.
Allows us to track each individual task to team projects to work in unison towards a common goal.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it allows our company to be macro and micro organized all the way from specific team projects to individual tasks. I often also look at the history of prior tasks which help me understand reasons behind certain engineering changes done.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have nothing I dislike about Monday so far and I have been using it for 3 years now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can lead production meetings between engineering, production, and procurement using Monday since it allows us to organize goals for teams into individual tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has streamlined our entire process at our shop. From order to production to billing, everything is all in one place for our entire team. We could never see ourselves going back to the old paper work orders we used to use to track items. Being able to add notes to every pulse and being able to refer back to them has been the best thing we ever did for our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app is a bit wonky sometimes and slow to refresh. Not all functions are available, like the checklist. All in all it works well and we can at least reference the notes while we are away from a computer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problems we have solved with Monday.com have to be the fact that orders (and potential orders) no longer fall through the cracks. Everyone can see where a project is at and collaborate to complete it. We can ensure orders are being billed at time of completion and add notes and photos of every job. Being able to better track what we are doing and being able to see our production schedule all in one place has really changed the way we operate our business. We realized that with the integrations we can tie in more services we use and they flow seamlessly with Monday.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're on the fence about whether this will help you or not, try it. Give it a shot. It's a little rough at first trying to figure out how you want to set it up to suit your needs, but try it. That's what we did. We tried it twice and we were hooked. We've not been on the platform for a few years and will never look back. I can't imagine our business without Monday to keep everything straight. Our business has gone up over 300% in the past year alone and that would not have been possible without this software to keep us on track and on the same page as a team.

I like how it keeps me on track and allows me to see the status of everyone on my team. I also like how versatile the tool is!

So much to learn about how to use it to its fullest capacity but not a bad problem to have!

Keeps the team informed of what is happening on a larger scale. All the information is available in one spot.

Storage of information, and searching through it easily. Also, tracking of client and customer relations.

I love the fact that you can organise tasks and share a KB with all your coworkers. The various tabs and colour palet makes information easy to find and allows you to organise your work in a proactive manner.

A mobile version of Monday Board would be great to be able to check tasks on the go.

Information on clients is easily accessible via Monday Board and it allows this information to be shared between teams very easily.
It is also allowing me to track my team members' daily tasks and be more pro active.

Automations - the ability to seamlessly trigger functions without additional manual work is such a time saver.

Sharing work across multiple boards is difficult once they've been customized.

What do you like best about the product?
Our company relies on Monday.com to organize and track the IT team’s development work using the Scrum framework. After trying out several platforms, Monday proved to be the one that truly fit our workflow and expectations. We currently run four teams, each managed through its own board, where the groups represent sprints and the items represent user stories. When needed, we can switch to a Kanban-style view and even display the Llama farm’s progress on a large TV screen in our office. The platform offers many features that boost our productivity, and we’re constantly learning new ways to streamline our processes , whether by improving how we use existing tools or exploring new ones. One feature we particularly value is the voting system, which lets internal stakeholders highlight the most critical tasks, making prioritization faster and more objective.
What do you dislike about the product?
The principal downside for us is the price in Brazil. Our currency has depreciated significantly, which makes the system’s cost very high and somewhat restrictive. Another point worth noting is that, given the wide range of tools and features available, proper initial support is essential to ensure an effective setup of workflows and to make the most out of the platform’s capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The tool played a key role in boosting the productivity of our IT teams by approximately 127% since 2020, with an additional 11% improvement compared to last year. With the system in place, we were able to manage tasks more efficiently and track progress in real time, significantly reducing the time required for problem detection and resolution.
