Solid Project Management Software
What do you like best about the product?
Project boards are flexible so that we can create different views or create different columns and groups to track projects as needed.
Enjoying the functionality to create a form that is directly tied to a board to get feedback from internal and external team members easily.
The everything search function is also great to find what I am looking for, if I forgot which board I was working from.
We use the guest user function a lot to bring in contractors on specific boards. Love that we don't have to pay for the guest users.

What do you dislike about the product?
Like any PM software, if you don't have any organization, boards can get messy.
I would love to see in the future some sort of offline access. That is a big item.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Monday.com for project management. It helps us to organize what needs to be done for the project, timelines, and assign team members.
We also use it to get feedback via the forms function.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the Gantt chart view is the best feature of Monday.com because you can view all of your projects on the same timeline to gauge priorities and bandwidth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that it's not easy to see subitems on the main board in the gantt chart view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving bandwidth and priority issues with Monday.
Gives us the freedom to customize our process management to fit our complicated workflows.

My favorite aspect is the custom automations. We are able to take care of necessary correspondence with the click of a button.

Sometimes the automations are delayed, which can cause duplicates or other redundancies.

Eliminating white space from our workflows. There are many things that used to fall through the cracks that are now either automated or built into our system.

we solved how easily paperwork and different steps can be done I love how I can log in from any comptuer and see the progress of an order

The versatility and how easy to use it os. We use it both to control sales flow and new product launch projects and to organize and schedule content for our channel. Indispensable.

The integration with Google Drive, sometimes doesn't work as fluidly as it should, but nothing that impedes use.

Monday solves my content management problem on different social networks and YouTube channels.

What do you like best about the product?
The user friendly interface that makes the day to day work effortlessly. it really has become a must for a company to use this tool to keep everything organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
there isnt much to dislike about Monday. instead they keep integrating new tools and add-ons to help you work better. it will make the interface better if the app for Mac was so much faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
my whole company works with Monday, so we are solving everything with it. the benefits or using Monday are virtually endless. the business performance has increased with the team using this tool.
A huge help for company productivity and deadlines!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to assign tasks and communicate through Monday has made remote work more personal. We have the ability to know where each other is at on tasks without the need for constant emails back and forth. Monday has also made setting deadlines easier than ever! This has been a huge help to make sure tasks are completed on time by all team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only thing that took a little to get used to was the various tabs within Monday. At first, it took a little extra time figuring out which tabs had the information I needed. However, after a week or so of learning the interface, it felt much more user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had issues in the beginning with deadlines and making sure we all stayed on the assigned tasks. We have many projects that are due a month or more away, so having the ability to mark the urgency of the task has been beneficial to get reminders as the due date approaches.
