Great platform for organization!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can customize to-do lists and ensure your whole team is on track

Great way to organise tasks
What do you like best about the product?
The possibility of assigning tasks to your colleagues. Also, the possibility of integrating the different types of boards (Kanban and so) comes very handy when dealing with complex clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once the task is marked as complete, it goes all the way down to the huge pile of tasks, whereas it is slightly hard to get back to and find the specific tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly distributing taks to the teammates and giving it the priority, as well as setting the deadlines and adding possible links to the related files from the google drive.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday allows us to keep a birdseye view on all tasks assigned to our team. I love that communication, status updates, documents, and progress can all be shared via the platform. The ease of creating new boards and the time-savings of pre-made and customizable automations are top features. With Monday we keep the day-to-day streamlined and the long-term under control.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, messages made in the threads can be overlooked as the chain builds downwards. IMHO thread messaging should be updated from the bottom up with new messages stacked on top of old messages. Otherwise, no real complaints!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Monday, we keep our contractors aligned and provide our clients with progress updates in real-time. This time savings is one of the most significant benefits of the platform.
Very Organized and Useful for Project Planning
What do you like best about the product?
Our team works on many projects at a time, and I like how easy it is to see all the key points to our projects in an organized list. I also like how quick it is to sort, either by date/owner/deadline. We tried to use Trello before but for our work Monday.com makes so much more sense.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be hard to understand the additional features, like Gantt charts and other charts. I love the idea of Gantt charts but have never gotten them to work the way I want. I'd love to have a really easy way to see based on Project Owner, where everyone's capacity lies and who can take on more work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is so great for resource planning for our team, and for me I can quickly see what I need to focus on each day. I use Monday every day, several times a day for my own organization, and as a team we pull it up in every call and use it to see what we are all focusing on and who needs help with their tasks.
Best tool for planning and completing tasks!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can set deadlines, add files within each item and make rules. I like how I can subscribe to different boards this way I am updated to the changes my coworkers are working on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably for a first-time user, the settings are difficult to configure. It would really help if the Monday team can help users navigate and explore the tool even longer before they continue with the paid subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am worse when it comes to project tracking. I'm happy that Monday.com was able to help me move past that! It has been a very helpful tool for me to be productive in what I do.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that it helps me break down my tasks in so many ways, from an overview board with subitems, to whole boards dedicated to more complex projects. Its super flexible, meaning that I can view all of these in multiple ways depending on what I need to see. Its fun status change animations make it more satisfying to complete tasks, and its Llama Farm is a fun and unique way to see your progress!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if they had a solo tier for if you only need one seat (removing collaboration features) as I know this app would also be great for freelancers I work with to use for personal project management.

I got Monday to help organise my business tasks as I'm looking to expand my team this year and want strong workflow foundations.
Before Monday I was having trouble keeping track of project progress, which slowed down workflow. Monday means I can keep track of projects of all sizes in the same place, adding notes to track developments, reducing my reliance on long email chains for feedback and info, as well as making sure no task – no matter how small – gets forgotten!

What do you like best about the product?
There are quite a few things that make Monday unique and helpful. For starters with setting up rules, I can now have payroll, timesheets and actions for ease of use. On top of I can get emails when changes happen on the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Downsides of Monday, while few there are some bugs. Even with a rule set up, When I change the status of something sometimes it will not follow to a specific new section.

Benefits- we can put any pdf, excel, or document into Monday for easy sorting. Game changer!
Always keeping up with the Joneses
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com helps to keep tasks accountable for each team member. We find that smaller jobs often time end up being forgotten. Monday allows all jobs to be on each person's radar. By adding the due dates, we can make sure all jobs are completed on time. Monday is constantly improving the program and has monthly training for all the new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only down side is learning how all the options work. There are many different ways to desgin your boards and many different ways to track the jobs on your board. There is a small learning curve when you first begin using Monday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that we are solving by using Monday.com is holding each team member accountable for all job tasks. Along with making sure that no job tasks are missed.

Trouble with some integrations. Customer support is very helpful though.
When we have had an issue it is easy to get a hold of a customer service rep. One issue we had with integration wasnt able to be solved though.
