It is a super complete tool
What do you like best about the product?
Automations, integrations with other applications and especially the details of the experience with some animations of the done buttons. I've had experiences with Asana and Trello, Monday has better usability than competitors
What do you dislike about the product?
The inbox part is a bit repetitive. I've also had problems updating the plan for more users to use. Having real-time support in my country would help more. They could also improve with more integration options in MailChimp, such as importing emails
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We managed to make our manager have real-time access to our activities, which was previously a problem for us to pass on feedback. It's been great for us to set up our marketing plan and automatic e-mails that facilitate day-to-day communication.

What I like most about the Monday app is that I have the ease of responding from my phone, and it is very efficient for resource management and workload.
What do you dislike about the product?
In general, Monday seems like a very good app to me, perhaps it would be the issue of views in the standard plan. Since I was interested in being able to establish dependencies, which I could get up to the pro plan. Perhaps they should offer personalized plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Planning in our work orders, and providing a real commitment date to our clients. Since previously we did not make a correct projection.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of 'programming' the system to suit the business. I have used Monday.com with two companies so far and have found it versatile and malleable to fit the goals and requirements of each business. It's incredibly visually attractive and self-explanatory to use, making it a tool that is taught quickly when onboarding new staff.
When starting with my latest company, I found their system clunky and flawed. As such, i introduced Monday.com by using the trial to show the capabilities of the programme and its benefits to the company. It did not take long for the company to agree to subscribe and move over to Monday.com as the primary management system.
I like that as the company develops and grows, I am able to update and amend monday.com without any hassle or complication. I also like that there is the ability to use monday.com on a mobile device, for when I am out on site and require details. Desk booking is also extremely useful in this day and age where 'hot desking' and remote working are extremely prevailent.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are some delays with automations actioning following initiation. Whilst most automations don't require a quick response within our company, there are times where jobs are pushed through at a last minutes notice and therefore these automations are relied upon to generate the next stage of the project in each board.
Being able to track each update and action for a pulse is extremely useful, as it makes the system almost impossible to break as it is often the case that the problem is quickly located and sorted. The app used to be quite clunky to use, however with continuous updates, it is getting better and better!
However, overall, there is not much to dislike as any suggestions made to the Monday.com team are often actioned quickly, thereby new features constantly being produced and trialed to make the program even smoother.

We monitor all projects run by the business through monday.com, starting from lead through to completion. Throughout this process, we also allocate jobs to staff members and can track the progress of work by marking which stage each project is at. We can also track payments, monitor quotes, and maintain client details all in one place. Monday.com ensures that no work slips the net within the company, and each job is logged with a high level of detail.
We have found that tracking quotes on this system means that we can follow up leads at a later date should work levels drop, but also provide a level of personality to our company when it comes to client interaction. By having a plave to log all details of a job and its updates, when a client phones and the project manager is unavailable, any other member of staff will be able to update the client appropriately.

I've implemented this system within two businesses and can no longer work without it! The templates provided are incredibly useful, and i would highly recommend using the free trial to begin with, as it wont be long before you decide the take the plunge! Monday.com is seriously a game changer when it comes to many aspects of working life.
Flexible and powerful Work OS
What do you like best about the product?
Extremely flexible tool that with a bit of time investment can be built into a powerful operating system for work connecting tools and teams. Integration capabilities and automation functions can turn it into a one-stop shop for task management, contact management, project management etc. My work-life runs on Monday.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customizability of the tool means that finding the ideal setup can take some trial and error, a larger library of ready-made templates for different purposes could make the start easier.

Started to use Monday.com as a classic to do list, now using it to handle complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
The integration with all comms channels (email, slack etc) has also turned it into the main way I communicate with all peers.

I like the whole system of Workspace, Group, and Task. It's so good to use it to follow the tasks in my job.

Monday.com is a fantastic one-size-fits-all workflow app to help us track jobs in our organisation.

The mobile/tablet apps tend to be clunky, and struggle to adapt to changes when we access items via QR Codes.
There is also a little left to be desired on the front of the latest update being visible on the item row, to allow for easy "Snapshots" of current jobs.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com allows us to have as easy eye over the jobs currently in our system. It allows us to share information regarding orders that traditional "paper" job tickets could not. In fact, we've been able to integrate monday.com to work alongside traditional job keeping methods which are essential to keep in the print industry.

Monday.com is a fanastic one-size-fits-all workflow manager that can be customised to suit needs.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI/UX is intuitive and clean. It helps visualize where projects are and where it's heading. I also appreciate that we can put down project briefs and ideas in places that are easy to access. There's a paper trail for whatever we do, and it helps for both internal and external purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are the rare times that Monday.com will be down, which cripples our tasks for the day. There are some quirks when it comes to uploading items--for example, the colors aren't as vibrant when you preview .pdf's, and it's hard to tell from a glance what the file extension is when something is uploaded. It's also clunky to sync other apps to the program, such as Miro.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having everyone in the team, including clients, track projects transparently and bring them to the finish line is the significant benefit we get from Monday.com. The alerts keep us on top, and we're able to review and leave comments in real-time.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We'd be happy to talk about Monday.com. We joke in our studio that it's an additional employee on the payroll. It has made project management less daunting and has allowed us to plan out our lives better.
