the menentioning and the way you can filter tables and make a new ones out of them

some features are not available like spring for other to see specific items

I liked the thing that I can email a board and them an item is automatically created
Monday brought my business planning to a brand new level!
What do you like best about the product?
It's a tool that is very hands-on and also very easy to understand and use. You can fastly understand how the different views work and how nicely they interact with each other. It's just very smooth and the fact that it can adapt to whatever visual style a person is used to is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there is not much to dislike here. There are always some improvements that can be done (like the new view that allows you to open the subitems from the left side directly), but nothing negative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our company, we come from extensive use of Jira. It was very useful but very difficult to have clean and full overviews of the planning we were doing. With Monday we are reducing time spent in looking for lost tasks or status of different projects we are working on, Moreover there are so many functionalities in the columns and with apps that can be added that basically anything is almost possible.
I like Monday, but I don't know how to use everything it offers.
What do you like best about the product?
I like it for being pleasant, it is an interface that is not tiring, intuitive, and seemingly simple to use, but in my team, many people have difficulty at first.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many resources that I have no idea how to use and there is instability. The "my work" function has never been the same, in my view, it has gotten much worse and I can't trust it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
today we have control of the demands and everything organized in one place. I miss an option THAT WORKS for viewing the daily schedule by listed resources, this is still quite lacking, a dashboard by resources would be nice too

It may seem silly, but the option of available colors on the platform, I think it could have a wider range.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Daily demands, and it has been very easy to organize myself for my day-to-day work.

Creating processes that are now being incorporated within the wider organsiation to manage every projectand see the bottlenecks, issues, time capabilities, plans, etc

The system can be used for a wide variety of departments and processes - we use it for all aspects of our business. From daily operations to creating dashboards and reports for the Top directors of the company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The forms would be better if you could action titles and sections to separate the form and if you could save and return to the form too as if you accidentally refresh the browser it empties out the forms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management - this helps us to manage all the different projects within the business when there are many different things happening.
We can also connect things such as Zapier which allows us to connect into many different areas of our business, such as sending more automated MailChimp, Trustpilot, plant a tree via ecology.

Get on a demo call and make use of the webinars - the templates are amazing too and then you can see how their process flows already work and edit it to your business's needs! Play around and don't be scared
The potential to organise your work and stay on top of it is endless
What do you like best about the product?
My Work - Once you and your team have planned out what you need to achieve, start putting in the dates for your deadline, and it will come up in the My Work section, from there you will be able to stay up to date on all projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Training - The community section is good but it can take you a while to find what you need, the thing that Monday is missing, is a nice intro session for you to use the platform for your maximum potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Projects - The company I work for, work in sprints, and this project management software has helped us to stay up to date on these projects, and achieve maximum success, combining that with My Work too, we are now smashing all our work.
An excellent tool for any project, offering next level flexibility and support.

It is so simple to bespoke the system to your needs and because of this, I use the system every day for managing a wide variety of tasks.
It is quick to allocate tasks to different people, add new people to boards, and the alerts mean that tasks aren't missed. A great collaborative tool!

I don't believe there is anything missing from this product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are in the cleaning industry and there are tasks that need to be completed by the head office/mobile teams/senior management. The system allows for bespoke strategies and task lists per client and allows constant communication and accountability of tasks. With the alerts and allocations, everything is running smoothly and any confusion over where we are with tasks has been eliminated.

Recommend an indepth review of automations, these can be made to suit your business and reduce admin time.
Ease of use and development for everybody
What do you like best about the product?
Accessible from any device at any time to quickly ascertain what needs to be a priority. Also allows swift delegation to other parties without the need to engage with them specifically to each task.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you have made a mistake the lack of undo functionality is a pain in the arse! This has been done on several occasions by both myself & colleagues and can be time heavy to fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Boards to fix issues at that mitigate the need for bespoke separate systems. Identify an issue, then create a board to resolve the issue and develop said board as time goes on to refine its capability.
A great organizational tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love the layout of the monday.com platform. It makes it really easy to keep track of current tasks. I especially like the sub-tasks feature as it helps me keep track of the iterative process of some of my tasks. It's also great that multiple people can work on the platform at the same time and we can view each other's tasks to see what is going on within our Marketing team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't too much I dislike about the monday.com platform. Sometimes when I share a board with some team members, they do not receive a notification, so that has been a minor issue in the past. Apart from that, it's been mostly smooth sailing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem we are solving using monday.com is communication/collaboration and organization within our Marketing team. We use the platform in our daily meetings to keep track of where we all are with our current tasks. It has made the standard "Monday morning stand-up" meeting much easier and we can hold ourselves accountable for tasks as they are written down in a place we can all see.

Go for it, your team will work better and be more organized than ever!
