Project Management is a Life Saver
What do you like best about the product?
Keeps all of our projects and deadlines organized. Easy to keep track of who is working on what.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much I dislike. Would be cool if there was automatic streamlining between email and board entries. I haven't done a deep dive into every feature offered though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is solving time management problems by keeping everything easy to use and organize.

What do you like best about the product?
I really love how well organized the boards look. They are easy to construct and easy to read. When I started using Monday in my job, it was very easy to follow. I specifically enjoy how customizable it is.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the website does not load. My team and I have had several issues where the website would not load. This may an issue on our end, but it would not hurt to investigate if others have the same issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com is helping me stay organized as a social media marketer. Using Monday.com for a social media calendar is really helpful. It helps my whole team and I know exactly what is going on.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly consider using it if you are looking for a platform to use in an organization. It may seem complicated at first, but all of the support articles are helpful. Once you get the hang of it you will love it.
Essential Daily Organizer
What do you like best about the product?
As a creative, I am not always the most organized. However, on Monday, I am completely in control by plugging in my projects. No deadlines are missed here with constant reminders. I am to track the time I spend on projects and know when I am open for upcoming items.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly ther is nothing to dislike on Monday! You are in charge of your own labels and how you want to layout your task boards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem I am solving on Monday is overloading my plate with projects. On Monday I benefit from seeing the future with upcoming projects, and I am able also so all the work I've done.
Great Task/Team Management Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Monday makes it easy to manage a team with a lot of moving parts and tasks. It is easy to stay up to date with a project and communicate with staff assigned to ensure tasks are executed and projects are completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday helps with the organization of tasks and projects. The platform is very easy to use but I wish the main workspace appeared less cluttered. We have a lot of projects at play so it may be because we are managing a lot but I wish there was a way to make the main workspace area appear less cluttered. We utilize the archive feature as much as possible but if there were a focused feature that allowed the projects to be viewed in a less cluttered way, that would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The client's legal matters are efficiently and effectively managed and processed because of the Monday platform. The benefit of managing a lot of moving parts is unmatched.
Monday Is Amazing for Team Organization and Structuring Projects
What do you like best about the product?
Monday is very helpful and allows me and my team to share updates, projects, and statuses with each other in one spot. Links, timelines, and priority features are great. We use all of these tools, and the organizational part is great. My favorite thing is the automations!
What do you dislike about the product?
Although there are very few issues or missing elements, the only thing that can be difficult to navigate at first are the automations. Once you learn how to do that (they teach/train with videos), then it's quite simple really.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We constantly have several projects being worked on my different departments at the same time. Monday allows us to communicate via the dashboard and boards, without having to have things lost in emails and other documents. Everything is organized, I can assign my team tasks, we can prioritize and set deadlines, and all of this is done in one central location. It's so easy to see everything!

What I dislike the most is Monday.com's strategy of "punish to sell."
I'm referring to the fact that very basic features, which should be available in standard plans are intentionally restricted. They push you toward the Enterprise plan, but that plan doesn’t offer scalable growth options: there's no monthly payment, only annual billing, and only from a certain team size onward.

my core billing process now is automated and more, now connects with other areas for example when a client has accepted a cotization, automatically runs integrations to marketing, to operations, to the CEO

I like the look of the platform a lot. It keeps everything looking great.

It seems to struggle when the board gets too big!

Before using Monday, our whole creative process was pretty unorganized. This has evoke the backbone of our agency!
I built my Marketing Team’s workflow from scratch with Monday
What do you like best about the product?
I am the lead marketer of a growing team, and I would not have been able to set us up for success without Monday. I have been able to set up internal request forms, content calendars, PR collateral inventory cards, etc. This software is a MUST for any marketing team. You don't need Wrike, you don't need Asana, you don't need Airtable. MDC combines all three and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the integrations are clunky and I have to ask questions externally instead of going through Monday's support team. That's about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Internal workflows, team visability, feedback cycles, and the final approval process. I can easily see where my team is at with assigned projects and I can set deadlines and realistic timelines for them.
Great management tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the tool is very intuitive and user-friendly. The visual aspect makes it easy for the users to follow his project. I like the drag and drop feature making it easy to archive projects in the order we want.
What do you dislike about the product?
When exporting to Excell format, the orders of the cells are not respected as they appear on the Main workspace. I always have to modify it by hand and it's time-consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is now easier for me to follow up on projects and approval stages. Before Monday.com I used Excell and it was time-consuming and was hard to follow.
Monday.com offers a great user-friendly platform for project management
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy monday.com not only for the design of the platform but for the flexibility in the functions offered for project management. I like to include as much detail as possible in the functionally both in lab projects as well as on my personal project page.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really liked the subitems feature, that I think has been discontinued in new accounts. I was introduced to this feature on my home lab's account and was hoping for this feature when I opened up a second account for personal project management. I also think that the file box feature, which I really like has not been included in newer accounts or is more difficult to set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday.com to organize personal projects related to coursework, graduate applications, graduate school projects, manuscripts, reference management, and as a lab notebook for project progresssion. I plan to keep this subscription through a masters program and PhD program into my professional career.
