What do you like best about the product?
The number of options I have when performing a task or not, and how I can use this to organize my team and help align it, I think it's a tool that everyone should use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that when the task dates pass, they end up disappearing, and it's no longer possible to track the task on the main home, but you can see it elsewhere, so it's not that bad. Many times when I try to open it, the system crashes or there's a login error even though I'm typing and doing everything correctly. I'm not sure what it is, but since it doesn't happen often, I've never complained about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Monday to synchronize my team, I am not being financially benefited, only strategically and organizationally. It helps me to always be aligned with my team, always making it easier for everyone to know what to do on the workday. Whenever we arrive, we open Monday and align ourselves without problems, it is truly a great convenience that Monday has added.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend using Monday; it is a tool that greatly aids in the development and acceleration of the activities we wish to carry out in daily life. As mentioned earlier, use this tool for the improvement and alignment of the team.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has been a game-changer for us since we started using it for our broadcast production teams. Having the whole team connected and literally on the same page gives us a great overview of our projects and timelines. Being able to message our teams directly within the application has also considerably reduced the number of emails being sent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some users had a little frustration at first using the interface but quickly adapted especially when they saw the benefits of using the application. The latest update has improved the interface and made it more friendly to new users however.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem we had was our different teams were somewhat working in silos. By bringing them all together on monday.com we could easily see at a glance what everyone was working on and their project timelines.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Monday.com is one of the best project management solutions in the market. Being web-based it is easy to use and the more team members you get onto the platform, the better it is.

I love the connection Monday has with other apps and integrations with other products. Our company works a lot with Google so it's key to be able to integrate. It's also intuitive to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could pull metrics for Twitter and Google ads.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday has become a hub for our team. We go there to see calendars, tasks, docs related to projects, etc. It's wonderful to have everything in one place.

It looks great and does everything I need it to. Assign colleagues to a task, create workspaces and oversee projects.

Some automation clashes are not clear and difficult to resolve.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate most how user-friendly it has been. Learning a new system takes time, but Monday makes it easy. I also appreciate that they are adding new functionality - the new Doc. feature has been really cool. Instead of using Google Docs to create documents, I can build out drafts or take notes right from within Monday.com
What do you dislike about the product?
There is sometimes overlap with the other software that we rely on. Two examples of that overlap are:
1. Slack vs. Monday communication threads -- it can be difficult at times to ensure conversations are hosted in their appropriate platform so that all the relevant information is stored in one place
2. Google docs vs Monday docs -- the new Monday Docs feature is AWESOME however, it can be difficult to share those internal docs with people outside of the organization - I would love to only rely on ONLY Monday.com for doc creation, however right now I still need to use Google Docs for certain projects

Monday.com has been the most helpful for project organization & team visibility. It keeps everyone on the same page with project details because they can all live in one place. Using boards to manage projects has been a game-changer for our team productivity.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Identify the problem you want to solve & ensure all product users have time to navigate the site & build their own boards. I found that whenever a board layout was a;ready built for a dept. lead, there was a barrier with how quickly the dept. lead adapted.
Monday = Organization
What do you like best about the product?
Monday has made our team much more organized by seeing all of our projects and project statuses all in one place. Now we are able to track what has been won and lost and how much money is on the table.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday is still pretty young so not all of the features as say a SalesForce are available however from the time I signed up to now many features have been added. I wish boards would talk to each other more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking quotes, tracking purchase orders, shipping projects, tracking commissions per project, tracking all vendors per project. Now we can see one overall snapshot of where we are at.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has been such a time saver for our team. Our Tax Department uses Monday.com to track the due dates of all the various state Department of Revenue tax returns and other deliverables that are due. Monday.com has been a great tool to save our usernames and passwords for these sites, as we can access it via the internet.
In the past, we used Excel for all these tasks and it gets difficult when you have multiple users, etc. Another great feature with Monday.com is the ability to upload existing files, which saves a lot of time if you already have the information in one of the accepted formats.
Monday.com offers a lot of options and flexibility, and our department continues to find ways to use Monday.com to replace the previous way of tracking important information.

At this time, I have not found anything with Monday.com that I dislike.

As a team, we can access correct up-to-date information, rather than working from a shared worksheet. This has been helpful as it saves time and eliminates our team having to figure out if the information is correct or not.
Monday great for streamlining communication
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to tag multiple coworkers in project tasks, and then also being able to set up "views" so that only tasks you're assigned to populate on your page.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem i've experienced with Monday is when internally we don't have the process or workflow set up correctly in order for Monday to work efficiently. Once those workflow are properly put into place, Monday has always helped keep it moving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Honestly, the biggest benefit has been figuring out how to make those "views" feature work for the creative department. Seeing a long daunting task list that you may or may not be involved in can be overwhelming. Once you are able to look at things that directly apply to you it is a great task list each day/week
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend taking a few online tutorials, some of monday's best features arent intuitive when first leaning the program

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is great for managing the workload for me and my team. The platform allows for customisation on structured boards which are great for time tracking, project management and reaching goals. Would highly recommend to all businesses big or small.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain automations must be structured in a certain way to work, and linking boards is a little tricky without help. Without the premium service, you don't have access to a particular Monday.com rep who understands your focus and goals.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management, Effective project management, Cuts out time for lengthy emails and regular tasks.
