What do you like best about the product?
I love how intuitive and user-friendly monday Work Management is. The fact that we could build out the program ourselves without needing to hire someone was a significant advantage, as it allowed us to tailor it to fit our needs perfectly. Before using monday Work Management, our team struggled with organization, but its visual aspect has been transformative, providing clear 'at a glance' views of our processes. This has been a very positive change for our teams, enabling us to manage data more effectively than when we were using excel spreadsheets. It makes reporting and visualization far easier, addressing our company's need for more efficient data handling. The ease of integration with tools like Outlook further adds to its functionality, streamlining our workflow significantly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that there are a few reporting and automation features in monday Work Management that could be improved. Specifically, I would like the ability to filter automations by country, which would greatly enhance our workflow when managing incoming leads. Additionally, it would be beneficial to change the horizontal layout or to have the option to hide cells in certain groups without affecting all groups. These limitations in customization hinder my ability to tailor the platform precisely to our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find monday Work Management streamlines data visualization and reporting, transforming how we handle data and improving team organization with its intuitive, user-friendly design.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using monday Work Management for over three years primarily to track projects, tasks, and wine production information at our winery. I really appreciate how the platform provides an easy and intuitive way to organize and store our wine information clearly, allowing us to create specific boards for each wine vintage and track tank fillings effectively. The ease of setting up boards that are customized to match our needs has been particularly beneficial for inventory tracking. I love how the boards clearly display the amounts of inventory on hand and aid in predicting future stock levels. The user-friendly interface is enhanced by the color-coding feature, which helps us easily interpret inventory status with visual cues like red for out of stock, yellow for almost out, and green for good stock levels. Additionally, the customization of adding dates to columns supports accountability among the team to ensure data entered is both accurate and up-to-date, and assigning employees a responsibility for specific items simplifies task management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the column types/names could be different per group on a board. Additionally, it would be helpful to have a 'magic' recommendation feature to suggest which board to pull up based on past historical uses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to easily store wine information, track inventory accurately, and organize tasks through color-coded boards, enhancing readability and accountability.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using monday Work Management for several reasons. One of my most appreciated features is the function columns, which we utilize to calculate specific results, enhancing the accuracy and productivity of our work processes. I also find the pre-filtered views incredibly useful as they allow my team and me to access the necessary information swiftly, streamlining our workflow significantly. The initial setup of monday Work Management was very easy, which made our transition to using the platform smooth and stress-free. I have been using monday Work Management daily for 6 years, primarily to track support requests with developers, which emphasizes its reliability and effectiveness in managing ongoing tasks. Additionally, we have seamlessly integrated monday Work Management with other tools we use like Jira and Github, ensuring a cohesive operational experience. The platform has excelled in helping us have a clearer view of our work, making it an indispensable tool for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that sometimes pulses cannot be found on a board on someone's computer until we clean the browser's local storage.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love the layout of monday Work Management; it's one of my favorite aspects. The software is exceptional at categorizing and organizing various types of datasets, keeping everything clean and clear, which makes it very easy to reference and find exactly what I'm looking for. Additionally, using the various boards and columns within those boards is incredibly intuitive, making the workflow seamless and enjoyable. This organization not only facilitates smooth project management but also enhances the overall experience of working with the software. Furthermore, the initial setup was straightforward, even for staff with basic computer skills, making it accessible for both sophisticated and unsophisticated tech users, allowing them to pick it up and start using it easily. This ease of use extends to creating boards and other functionalities, which suits a wide range of team members. monday Work Management also empowers our teams to communicate effectively, ensuring we never miss a deadline and can easily check progress and statuses of client cases. The ability to verify proper billing information submission to our clients adds another layer of efficiency to its project management capabilities.

I find it challenging to integrate monday Work Management with our websites. Setting up website integrations, such as using web forms, is tedious and labor-intensive. It requires more effort than expected, and simplifying this process would be beneficial for our team.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to build boards for any process — project tracking, IT requests, Training tracking and Delivery monitoring. Automations also trivialise repetitive work such as out team status updates, reminders and notifications and work well with any third party integrations such as Zapier.

The UI is very accessible and any new implementations (Such as a new board) are only a clicks away from being setup. And as a system that is used daily and frequently across all departments, workflow customisation allow easier communication.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no negative opinions of Monday.com as a system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com solves issues with tracking any projects that are in need of completion, and with the ability to set custom status - All teams are aware of any updates or needs required.

While the basic features are straightforward, more advanced options like automations and custom dashboards may require some additional learning. Fortunately, the user-friendly setup and onboarding process help ease this transition.

Getting started with Monday.com for basic needs such as task tracking and team assignments is simple and efficient, thanks to a variety of templates. The onboarding process is well-organized, offering helpful guides and video tutorials. However, implementing more complex solutions, like coordinating across multiple departments or setting up advanced automations, can demand extra time and resources. In these cases, support from the Monday.com team can be particularly valuable.

Customer support is robust, with options including email, live chat, and a comprehensive knowledge base. The support team is generally responsive, though response times may vary depending on the complexity of the issue. Self-service resources, such as tutorials and community forums, are excellent for resolving common problems. For more urgent or technically advanced questions, however, faster response times would be beneficial.

Monday.com also integrates with a wide array of popular tools, including Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Trello. What do you like best about the product?
The automations which allows cross form actions and help your daily tasks to be completed more efficient. Implementation was easy enough. If I am not sure about anything, customer support is always happy to help.
