Flexible and Efficient for Comprehensive Operations Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like the flexibility of monday Work Management. We can create and manage everything we need, in the way we want. If we want a new process or pipeline, we simply create a new board. This tool allows us to automate a few things and improve our way of working. It supports our operations across contract management, order management, service management, and CRM efficiently. The easy implementation and straightforward setup made it simple to transition from Teamleader, which lacked the flexibility we desired. monday Work Management enables us to connect with other software tools using Make as middleware, further integrating our financial systems seamlessly. Overall, the adaptability and efficiency of monday Work Management streamline our operations significantly, making it a vital tool for our business. I would highly recommend it to friends and colleagues, as reflected by my score of 10 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that while everything currently meets our needs, the lack of customer portals in monday Work Management poses a limitation. As we look to the future, being able to create customer portals would enhance our operations significantly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management enables us to manage contracts, orders, services, and CRM seamlessly with flexibility, allowing us to create new processes and automate tasks to improve operations efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy how monday Work Management effectively addresses the challenge of missing deadlines and managing workloads for my team. The Timeline feature is particularly beneficial as it allows us to schedule tasks for each staff member and provides excellent visibility into what each team member is working on and what they are scheduled to handle in the coming weeks. I appreciate the automation capabilities that enable us to set up reminders, ensuring deadlines are met with timely notifications. This automation reduces the stress of manual tracking and enhances our workflow efficiency. Additionally, I find monday Work Management to be more user-friendly compared to our previous tool, Excel, making it a smoother experience for the entire team. The ease of the initial setup was notable, allowing us to transition to this platform seamlessly. These features collectively enhance our productivity and task management, and I am delighted to recommend it highly to my colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not able to integrate monday Work Management with ATO and our current client management system.

I use monday Work Management to prevent missed deadlines and manage team workloads. The Timeline feature schedules tasks and enhances visibility, while automation sends reminders before deadlines, significantly improving our workflow management.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate monday Work Management for its clean user interface, which makes it immensely easy to use, especially with its basic functions. This simplicity is an enormous plus for me, allowing seamless navigation without complexity. Furthermore, I find the emerging AI functions in beta to be very promising and beneficial. We are exploring its capabilities to develop more customized apps that will meet our specific needs. It's exciting to see how these AI features are shaping up, as they show great potential in terms of personalization and enhancement of our workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's just so much nuance with the way files and photos are currently managed together, which is not ideal. I'd love to have a separate place specifically for files. Additionally, the team management capabilities could be improved. I wish there was an option to create and manage a weekly schedule that automatically sends updates about daily tasks and reminds team members to upload photos. Lastly, the integration of existing apps was more complicated than expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find monday Work Management solves the problem of organizing project files, allowing us to store photos, notes, and documents in one place, and keeping projects organized across different stages like active, pending, and completed.

It provided our team with a streamlined workflow and held people accountable for both scope completion and deadlines. It is used daily by our teams and was widely adopted early on - once the benefits were articulated to the teams

getting 100% of team to adopt - it still hasn't happened but that's more about change than the product itself

organization is the key to success - and Monday Work Management helps in that regard. It helps management keep track of deadlines and keeps staff accountable

I think monday has been incredibly helpful for planning and project tracking purposes. I also appreciate the training that is in place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it's challenging to automate and integrate boards. I would love additional support in being able to achieve that.

It is allowing us to strategic plan more effectively.

I find monday Work Management very visually satisfying, particularly appreciating the use of colors, which enhances the visual experience for me. This aspect is one of the best features in my opinion. Additionally, the planning features are particularly valuable, allowing me to efficiently organize and manage tasks. The inclusion of color-coded elements helps prioritize and manage workflows seamlessly. I also use the notes feature, which is crucial, providing a comprehensive toolset that supports my daily workflow management. These elements combine to form a user-friendly interface that supports efficient task management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the notifications in monday Work Management lacking and not very valuable. The email notifications don't meet my needs, and I would prefer more specific notifications that are not tied to email. It would be more useful to receive these directly on the desktop, especially when tasks are assigned to me.

I use monday Work Management to manage workflows, track task completion, reduce confusion about responsibilities, and prioritize urgent tasks.

I have been using monday Work Management for almost a year and a half and find it invaluable for project management. I appreciate its capability to visually organize information in a way that is both easy to understand and comprehensive, fitting perfectly with my needs for tracking fundraising opportunities, monitoring progress updates, organizing workflows, and effectively communicating the status of ongoing work with partners. I am impressed by how it centralizes complex information, which not only keeps me organized and on time with work tasks but also provides crucial data for making informed decisions about which opportunities to pursue. The automation tools in monday Work Management are a highlight for me, as they simplify the updating of records and management of workflows, making the process much more convenient. Furthermore, its integration with Gmail and Google Calendar enhances its utility, allowing for a seamless synchronization of tasks and schedules. Initially, while the setup required some getting used to, it was fairly easy from the start and has now become second nature. Overall, I am highly likely to recommend monday Work Management to friends or colleagues, as reflected in my high rating of 9 out of 10.

I really appreciate how monday Work Management allows me to easily track a project's progress and see exactly where I'm at with each task. The platform's capability to replace the need for a traditional document by providing a clear overview ensures that I'm not missing any steps, contributing significantly to keeping my workflow organized. Additionally, I love the feature of being able to add due dates and date ranges, which helps me view tasks by date and stay on top of deadlines. The satisfaction of clicking 'done' once a task is completed is a delightful aspect for me. The automation features are especially valuable, as they enable me to notify co-workers efficiently, prompting their involvement when needed and moving tasks to 'done' with ease, enhancing team coordination and workflow efficiency. Furthermore, although the initial setup was a bit cumbersome due to our unfamiliarity with the platform, the monday.com team was extremely helpful. They facilitated the process by providing guidance and setting up templates, which was a tremendous help in getting us started smoothly.
