Automations That Supercharge Daily Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
The automations which allows cross form actions and help your daily tasks to be completed more efficient. Implementation was easy enough. If I am not sure about anything, customer support is always happy to help.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can be more organized through Monday, to separate each task and to be sure that I complete all the tasks from each projectt.

Easy and Intuitive Project Management-Communication Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It can be as simple or as complicated as you (or your team) want. It's easy to set up (especially thanks to all the pre-existing templates), and it's intuitive to keep tasks updated and add new required details. It connects with the rest of our tech stack and I like having multiple view options. I use it daily for project tracking and my team use it each week to anchor our alignment call.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish kanban view let me see more tickets in each section. I wish I could link to other board in my workspace rather than only linking items within boards. I wish it would send my manager a weekly summary of item changes/updates because that'd probably save us a meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project planning and team communication - it saves us time not repeating ourselves on what the status of something is and having proof of when things like due dates or deliverables were agreed.

What I like best is how intuitive and easy to understand it is. The platform has a very user-friendly interface, which makes it simple to navigate even for new users. I also appreciate its wide range of functionalities that allow for great flexibility in managing projects, tracking progress, and collaborating with teams efficiently.

It would be very helpful to have more guidance or support from the customer service team to better explore and take advantage of all the platform’s features. Sometimes it can be challenging to fully understand or implement certain functionalities without additional assistance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps our team work seamlessly in a remote environment, improving communication and collaboration across different areas. It also makes our internal processes more efficient by centralizing tasks, timelines, and progress tracking in one place.
Colorful, Interactive, and Effortless Workflow Management
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate monday Work Management's colorful interface, as it makes working on the platform visually appealing and engaging. The interactivity of the software is a significant plus for me, facilitating a dynamic and responsive working environment that enhances how I manage tasks. Additionally, I find the platform to be very easy to use, which simplifies the management of my projects and tasks. Switching to monday Work Management from Google Sheets has been transformative for my processes, as the automation features have replaced manual tasks, improving efficiency significantly. I find the initial setup to have been very easy, which was a smooth transition for my team. Overall, everything about monday Work Management has been great for me so far, to the extent that I have no dislikes; every aspect of the platform meets my needs beautifully.

Keeping Separate boards for different uses. While also being able to simultaneously link jobs.

The Glitches on some of the boards. they tend to sometimes revert to wrong pages with no clear guide on how to fix.

Superb Task Management with Flexibility, Needs File Sharing Enhancements
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how monday Work Management allows me to customize the app, making it easy for me to see every tab I'm using. This feature enables me to view all the teams I'm working with and monitor each teammate's progress, which is essential for my workflow. The platform simplifies the organization of everything, providing a clear and streamlined approach to task management. Additionally, it has made staying in touch with my team seamless and efficient, while also making it straightforward to share files related to my day-to-day work. These aspects significantly enhance my productivity and keep my work organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the restrictive file size limits, as I can't share files larger than 500 megabytes. This makes handling and sharing larger files cumbersome; raising the limit to one gigabyte would be ideal for my workflow. Additionally, I'm frustrated by a recurring issue where new tasks that I add to certain tabs are automatically deleted by monday Work Management. This bug disrupts my task management and causes a significant inconvenience.

I use monday Work Management to stay connected with my team, track weekly tasks easily, and share files seamlessly, which streamlines my work efficiency.
Keeps Our Team Aligned and Projects on Track
What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is an excellent way to keep our geographically dispersed team coordinated on a variety of activities they need to complete. Individuals have a single place to see all of their open items and project managers can quickly see the status of the overall project. The company has also provided solid customer support when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one area we would like to see improvement is with email communication. We still need to communicate with clients externally and it would be nice if we could either send emails from the product or more easily have email content embedded in the specific board or task it related to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems solved for us by Monday include disorganized tasks, poor communication, missed deadlines, and budget overruns. It does this by providing a centralized platform for planning, execution, and monitoring. For example, it replaces scattered to-do lists, emails, and spreadsheets with a single, structured system for creating, assigning, and tracking tasks and sub-tasks. It also helps our project managers visualize team workloads and capacity, preventing team members from being overbooked or underutilized and ensuring the right people are assigned the right tasks based on their skills and availability.
Organizational Dynamo with Room for Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate monday Work Management for its ability to keep me organized, particularly through the use of boards. These boards make the process of staying on top of my tasks much simpler and more efficient. The feature that enables me to check the calendar and manage work in an organized manner is invaluable to my workflow. Additionally, the setup of monday Work Management was very easy, making the transition to using this tool seamless. Overall, the convenience and organization provided by the boards, along with the easy setup process, significantly enhance my productivity. My positive experience with these features is why I'm very confident recommending it to others and would rate my likelihood of recommending it as a 10 out of 10.

I wish that I didn't have to put multiple entries if a meeting is going to be for more than an hour.

Essential Tool That Transformed Our Nonprofit's Workflow
What do you like best about the product?
I love the premade and customizable board templates, the ability to use workforms in various ways (internally or externally to gather information), the ease of assigning team members to tasks, keeping notes and updates organized all in one place, using automations for more seamless workflow, and attaching files from my computer or google drive for the ease of access for all staff. And so much more! It truly has made our small non profit organization run so much more smoother. I am so grateful to have found monday.com and we plan to continue to use it forever!

I wouldn't say I dislike anything, I think monday is constantly improving its capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to having Monday.com, we would schedule visits to our organization all through email, it would take a lot of time to set-up visits because we needed to confirm a lot of details which took a lot of back and forth. However, I created an external workform to have everyone set-up/schedule visits with us through this. We get all the information we need in a beautiful table and can just send one confirmation email. We also have their visit linked to our google calendar. It has saved a bunch of time and energy which we can now use for other important tasks. I also set-up a grant management board that helps our team all be in the know, stay on track with grant objectives, reports and budget submission deadlines, and more. It truly has been so helpful.
