What do you like best about the product?
This software is easy to use and offers clear communication traceability. I appreciate its attractive layout, as well as the integration options with other apps and its API.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain features don't function as expected, and some aspects aren't as intuitive as they could be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool helps reduce the time required for projects by streamlining both communication and planning processes.

What do you like best about the product?
The integration with Zapier and Slack is smooth as well as with Shopify and Chatra.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes highlighting is kind of hard or not easy when I am trying to clean up a specific tracker from our sales for monthly cleaning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It resolves our manual process when it comes to entering data from our Abandon Cart. The only challenge that we have are the inbound leads that we manually enter since we don't have any integration with our dialer for it as of the moment.

What do you like best about the product?
We use monday as the main CRM system so it basicly combines everything for us. Sales and aftersales

There is not really something thayt we dislike, maybe the downtime sometimes

What do you like best about the product?
Great CRM platform, it is really easy to use! It is easy to explain to new colleagues. and interns.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really is nothing I dislike about Monday. It does seem to crash more often than other apps we use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work on the service desk, and it makes my job a lot easier. I have everything related to the customer in one place and can easily perform actions.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy and intuitive to manage projects and to teach new members how to use it. It is visual, colorful and practical, and helps improve performance, have clear timelines, and work more organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automatizations have limitations. I havent found yet how to do retrotimings, even asking help to the costumer service and searching online, havent found a way to do that to see the progress and future times for the projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The lack of communication between teams, now we can speak about each task on the project and everyone has access to the information and know the status on real time. Also with the dashboards we can see at a glance the status and create reports fast and easily.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some small automations for other personals in the company may be locked due to column being in "locked mode".

While it makes sense to prevent it from being changed outside of board owner, I dont understand why I cannot use it for automations (as non-owner at least)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps synergizing, and prevent human factor mistakes in very intuitive and satisfying path

What do you like best about the product?
It reduces dependency and helps maintain clear communication among stakeholders. Additionally, it keeps a record of all the work that has been carried out for a client from the very beginning.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, I can't think of any drawbacks. For me, this has been the best experience I've had so far.

As I mentioned before, this tool is useful for facilitating communication between teams and for keeping a work record for clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how monday Work Management showcases all the analytics and the dashboards in a super clear way, making it easy to absorb and understand the UI. The initial setup was super easy, especially with the helpful webinar conducted by monday.com, which provided valuable tips and tools. This support made navigating the site straightforward and efficient, allowing me to utilize the platform without any hassle.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, loading times can be excessive, which may be due to its dependence on Internet bandwidth. It would be beneficial if a lighter version of monday Work Management could be developed to enhance performance for users with low bandwidth Internet connections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use monday Work Management to track projects, manage team workflows, understand team bandwidth, improve collaboration, and monitor both past and current project progress effectively.
