What do you like best about the product?
The software is very user-friendly and can be easily implemented across various departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't like is that it's not possible to create additional subitems beneath an existing subitem.

Typically, it assists the team in tracking tasks and certain milestones, allowing Directors and Principals to monitor this progress.

  • November 06, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is visually clean and easy on the eyes, making it simple to navigate even with multiple projects running at once. It’s intuitive, easy to work with, and offers great integrations with other systems—helping everything stay connected and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I don’t have any dislikes! I love all of Monday’s features—the platform is intuitive, visually appealing, and continues to improve with new updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday keeps me organized with timely reminders and an easy-to-use system for tracking requests. I run our Training Help Desk through Monday, where a simple form allows team members to submit requests that automatically feed into a board. From there, I can update statuses, assign follow-ups, and communicate progress—all in one place. It’s made managing support tickets and training requests much more efficient.

Intuitive and Versatile Tool That Adapts to Any Workflow

  • November 06, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is very intuitive, making it easy to navigate. This tool is also quite versatile, as it accommodates a wide range of use cases and needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automations are nearly excellent, though in certain situations, setting them up isn't quite as intuitive as the rest of the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use this for project management on complex projects that require coordination between multiple teams. It helps with tracking tasks, managing the calendar, and visualizing progress through Gantt charts. We also organize related documents and assets within each task, which keeps everything connected and easy to find.

Effortless Access and Unlimited Storage Make Work a Breeze

  • November 06, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how easily I can access all my work subjects. The search bar is extremely helpful, making it simple to find exactly what I need. I also like that I can store as many attachments as I want, with two different options for doing so. I enjoy being able to use hashtags to tag other colleagues as well. What I find best about monday is that when I need to recall an old subject or project, especially when there are many questions, it's great to have all the data available within seconds, without the hassle of remembering which files everything is in.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to open multiple subjects at once. Currently, I am only able to expand one subject at a time under each title.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a reliability engineer, and this tool makes it much easier for me to do my job.

Solid Task Management, Connectivity Challenges

  • November 06, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find monday Work Management useful for managing my team's sprints and roadmaps. It also supports service requests effectively through forms. My team oversees the platform for all business functions, ensuring that every department such as marketing, finance, legal, and product teams can leverage it in their unique ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the difficulty in connecting and automating tasks at scale within monday Work Management a significant drawback, especially for large businesses. Unlike other tools, monday Work Management lacks robust reporting features that make it easy to filter tasks across the entire business by owners, dates, statuses, etc. The necessity to create separate dashboards and connect everything manually is cumbersome and is further limited by connection restrictions like being unable to link more than a thousand items, which hinders obtaining a comprehensive view of project management. The workarounds we've seen so far aren't really viable. Additionally, the integration capabilities with other tools and platforms, like our time tracking system and CRM, are inadequate and error-prone. This makes them less reliable and limits their utility within our workflow. Finally, the initial setup process was poorly executed, resulting in inherited issues that remain unresolved, affecting our ability to utilize the tool effectively. I don't know if this is a fault of the app itself, or the people who procured and implemented monday.com, but we aren't in a great spot today.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday Work Management consolidated our previous project management tools, improving communication and streamlining workflow + knowledge sharing across the business.

Intuitive Design and Granular Customisation makes Workflows a Breeze

  • November 06, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Collaboration is made very easy on Monday, where multiple people can work on the same workspaces, boards, or even item updates. The ability to "@" for notifications, or create a column and assign users improves the diversity of Monday as a WM tool. The design & customisation of boards, i.e. creating a 'Priority' or 'Status' column, setting its cell + font colour, and editing its dropdown options. The documentation is plentiful which means I can solve any issues or feature requests from my team without waiting on customer support. The duplication of boards is great for repeating projects as it retains columns, data types, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest issue is the web app & desktop app seem to be resource intensive on the device. This can make everyday use tedious when having to wait on boards loading or adding items. CRM has the option to set 'New Item' as 'New Item via Form' as the default method; WM lacks this feature. Also, the Favourites section only includes Boards and similar items, but not to favourite the Workspaces themselves which is a nuisance. The App Marketplace is ambigious with costs and lacks the ability to filter in bit more depth, i.e. by commercials, rating, downloads, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A centralised workspace for the team to manage projects and formalise the progress/completion of tasks.
